I’ve worn more hats in 2020 than any other year!

Wife, sister, daughter, teacher, friend ... and this year I added mom and entrepreneur!

2020 has been so bitter-sweet for me.

But, as I reflect on it, it’s easy to see the beauty in it.

I had my amazing son and got to spend so much unexpected quality time with him.

Was it easy teaching virtually from home with and infant and starting my own business? ... heck no!

Was it rewarding and worth it? 1000x YES!

I’m so proud of how far I was able to push myself and can’t wait to see the growth that 2021 brings!

On a scale from 1-10, how good are you at setting yourself up for a successful week?

I’m not going to lie, I used to be a 2!

I never went into the week with a clear focus, goals, or intentions.

And I wondered why I felt like I was constantly working, but not getting anything accomplished...

But, look at me now...

I have a chores spreadsheet! (Who am I?!) 🤓

Think about it!

You’ve never said [[insert big chain store]] reminds me so much of Fort Worth!

Your local small businesses are made FOR your people BY your people!

Who wouldn’t want to support that?

(Most don’t even involve you fishing out your credit card)

Raise your hand if you've been through at least 2 "exercise" kicks this pandemic? 😜

My first attempt at getting into running post-baby was back in April. I downloaded the Peloton App, put a double knot in my tennis shoes, and hit the ground running...

I may have gone from 0-60 (ok 0-7 mph) a little too quickly and injured myself after day 4.😂

This time, I've taken it a little slower (couch to 5k style).

Today my running app inspiration was:
✨"Determination in spite of difficulties guarantees success."✨

This hit my entrepreneurial self pretty hard because it's so true (whether you're literally running or running your own business).

Sharing for anyone else out there who needs to hear this today!

Content repurposing is a great way to add value to your audience & saves you time! (Who doesn't need more of that?)

Start with a pillar piece of content--- What do you know well? Do you already have a blog, podcast, or a 20 min Facebook live video?

Re-purpose that!! Pull out all the best stuff & send it out to your awesome audience so it gets all their love. ♥️

Then, keep a close eye on your analytics! What is your audience craving more of?
