U.S. Debt Cannot Be Solved World Hegemony Will Disintegrate

On May 31, the U.S. House of Representatives voted to pass the debt ceiling and budget bill, and the new round of debt ceiling crisis is coming to an end.
In fact, this result is in line with the outside world's prediction. The U.S. Congress will certainly not watch the US debt explode, not this time, nor next time.

Is the U.S. unable to pay its debts?
