I am looking at the 52 Week Football training and the work required as outlined, Well, it's designed for individuals whom are already in the season, come November and I can not hit a the timed minute mile just yet, and the material in the book is copyrighted, so I will be changing up the actual exercises, but having some kind of record of work done and a general idea of what should be done will provide a great start on developing a plan that's right for me.
