Ingredients:- 2 packets Ching’s Secret Hakka Noodles
- 1 tsp Oil
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 4 Cups of vegetables of your choice (Onion, cabbage, capsicum, carrot, etc.)
- 1 packet Ching’s Secret Chowmein Hakka Noodles Masala
- 2 tbsp Water
- Spring onions for garnishing

Method:
1- Boil some water in a pan and add 2 packets of Ching’s Secret Hakka Noodles. Boil for 2-3 minutes.
2- Sieve the excess water and rinse the noodles with cold water and add 1 tbsp oil to the noodles. Make sure that you mix the noodles well to avoid stickiness.
3- Now, heat 4tbsp oil in a pan.Add grated veggies of your choice. (Onion, capsicum, cabbage, green peas, carrot, etc.)
4 - Add boiled Ching’s Secret Hakka Noodles to the pan and add 1 packet of Ching’s Secret Chowmein Hakka Noodles Masala. Mix all the ingredients in the pan.
5- Sprinkle 2 tbsp of water and stir fry for 3-4 mins.Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
