I don't remember the last time I was this exhausted. It's a sort of tiredness that only gets deeper instead of better. And I think it's because for the longest time, I've always focused on ' what's next' and constantly pushing myself to do this and accomplish that. Without taking time to rest or even ask myself if it's neccessary for ME.
TAKE TIME TO NURTURE YOURSELF AND LET THE HOLY SPIRIT HEAL AND RENEW YOU IN EVERY WAY YOU NEED.🫂🙌

I realised that as women(and I'm guilty of this as well), we're always waiting to be chosen, to be seen and picked among others, forgetting that we can choose as well - our life partners, our jobs and the life we want.
We just need to be courageous enough and to remind ourselves that it's our right to do so.

This is simply my take, based on my experience : We all have a preference when it comes to a life partner and that's often influenced by a number of factors; our beliefs and values being two of those. And I'd like to think we've all struggled and fought with ourselves in relationships because more often than not, we've compromised them and paid the price. So isn't it better to be with people we have shared ideals with, if not vision? Because there are too many broken people, who've spent their life trying to be good enough and measure up to someone else's ideals, while abandoning theirs. So please, be with someone who'll make your values, beliefs and spirit soar and teach you better.

I once saw a video where this very amazing woman was asking if you really need the person who hurt you to say ' yes, I hurt you' to make the pain you're feeling real?

And it really stuck with me. Because we honestly don't need permission from the people who hurt us to move on, nor do we need them to validate our pain either. What you feel is real and you can work through it and heal.
