Quiz: Hablemos de Trauma‼️

Acabas de intubar a un paciente de 33 años quien tiene un peso ideal de 66 kg y un peso real de 70 kg, el cual fue atropellado, presenta TCE-Severo, Trauma de tórax con un Neumotóra a tensión resuelto con descompresión torácica guiada por ultrasonido utilizando un punzocat 14 G.

Signos vitales:

T/A: 90/55 mmhg
Fr: 10
Sp02: 90%
ETCO2: 45 mmgh

Ya fue asegurado el tubo endotraqueal y la infusión de Ketamina para optimizar la sedo/analgesia a 66 ml/hr ya está pasando, ahora es tiempo de programar el ventilador mecánico, lo haremos en A/C por volumen.

✳️ Pregunta: cuál sería tu programación inicial, que Fr programas, que Vt y cuánta PEEP usarías❓
