Ramai agent tak ambil serious tentang this and end up tak gerak 👀

There are 2 types of people:
👉Systematic
👉Go with the flow

You kena identify you jenis yang lama, macam syah. Syah seorang yang systematic, apa2 kena tulis kena susun kalau tak syah tak akan gerak. Ada orang tak perlu nk tulis-tulis, dia just letak dalam otak dia and execute.

The reason kenapa Syah kupas tentang this matter is because, if you are someone like me and you tak ada system. You memang akan stuck, sebb you tak dapat nak nampak which path yang you nak tuju.

For example, you tak tahu berapa banyak content you nak buat dalm seminggu. Or you dah ada content tapi you tak susun elok-elok, tak organize which content untuk which area. You memang akan stuck, cepat overwhelmed and fed up.

Nampak simple tapi almost of my followers datang dengan Syah with these struggles:

My carousel post perform better than my reel

A truth that needed to be shared..

Syah share this to you guys sebab I want you to be part of my journey and Syah nak korang nampak behind the scenes of an entrepreneur.. ada up and down dia..

It is never too late untuk kita mula balik.. sebab yang paling penting adalah consistency.. and you need to know what's working and what is not working

Sebab kalau you guna the same old strategy, you will never grow and eventually you might end up burning yourself out.

'You kena beli instagram akaun yang ada banyak follower'

Siapa pernah kena ajar teknik ni?

Korang tahu tak bila you beli akaun, it will has a huge impact dekat your page? Sebab that audience bukan audience yang bersesuaian dengan you.. and you don't even know latar belakang akaun tersebut.. [ takut dorang beli follower or buat follow unfollow teknik ]

Kalau you tak dapat sales when you only have 1000 followers, it will be hard for you untuk buat sales even when you have a bigger audience.. sebab asas page you belum kukuh lagi

Masa awal-awal Syah mula dekat Intagram, I didn't have many followers but I know the basic.. Syah jaga dari awal and focus on creating high quality content and focus on my targeted audience.

Don't hold back yourself! Don't limit yourself... Mesti akan ada audience yang sesuai dengan your personality! Remember this.. 'Done is better than perfect'..

I focused too much on others until I forgot who I was.

My mentor pernah pesan dekat Syah, jangan terlalu focuses on other people. But then I always inspired by others, Syah cepat kagum bila nampk orang tu berkarisma or berpengetahuan on the topic yang dorang share.

But subconsciously I was holding myself back..

Syah tak rasa people want to baca my sharing and join my coaching sebab other guru are way better than me, tap hakikatnya..

◼️ Syah lupa yang Syah sendiri ada my own uniqueness
◼️ Syah sendiri habis my Master and get an A for my thesis
◼️ My students yang put in all the work memang nampak result
◼️ I managed to earn my first 10k within my first 6 month
◼️ Attend multiple event host by local brand

Bila Syah nampak all these achievements, Syah ingat balik the reason why Syah started Syahkongsi. For this time punya rebrand, finally I dah ada niche yang I nak focuskan and the color yang Syah pilih pun represent who i am currently.

See guys.. Each and everyone of us mesti ada keunikkan kita sendiri and that keunikkan yang make us who we are and stand out dari our competitors.. Our uniqueness la yang orang tidak boleh nak tiru. I know it's a bit hard to grow on social media, but hear me out.. let's focus on on our main mission instead of the matrix [ follower / likes / comments / view ]

Yaa.. betul mainan social media sekrng ni dah lain dah.. but you still mash ada peluang untk grow and you ada this free platform yg you boleh gunakan untk menjana pendapatan 💸

Tapi macam mana ya?

Well.. honestly [100% based on my opinion] if you nak grow skrng sangt la mudah sebab majority dah tak kisah tentng aesthetic feed and all your audience nak tahu adalah 'kenapa I perlu beli dari you instead of her?' 'who are you and why i should buy from you?'

As long as you jadi diri you sendiri and berani untuk trial and error.. trust me you boleh buat

It might takes time.. tapi percayala it will be worth it.. semakin lama you build ypur brand, semakin orang ingat YOU.

It was supposed to be a personal growth platform for me 🤣

In 2017, I was diagnosed with PDD and social anxiety. Hari ni syah nak share tentang social anxiety, tahun ni syah dah nak masuk my 30s ✨

During my Master, my anxiety got worse sampai tahap nak buat presentation syah bergegar and trpaksa keluar dari kelas and get some air.. badan syah bergetar and i always end up menangis..

Bayangkan time tu, I was 26 😔and majority of my classmate semua 30 ke atas.. i was ashamed of myself and dari situ la start teruk.. Setiap kali balik kelas, syah memang akan nangis.. sebab syah rasa i was useless.. stupid.. and tak sesusai pun dalm kelas tu

I remembered my ustazah told me that, during Master usually orang an dijuji dengan 3 benda:

1. Kewangan
2. Kematian
3. Kesihatan

and mine was my mental health..

During my 3rd semester, PKP. So I spend most of my time berfikir, macam mana nak grow. Sebab tak lama lagi dah nak habis belajar and my ambition is to become an educator. Takkan lah setiap kali nak interview, kena keluar bilik nangis.. takkan la setiap kali ada presentation nak nangis.. even worse takkan masa mengajar nak kena menangis p**a..

So Syah nekad, Syah tubuhkan Syahkongsi untuk didik diri Syah untuk bercakap depan camera. At first, Syah just fikir nak share value sahaja.. tapi alhamdullilah kuasa Allah.. I am able to menjana pendapat from Syahkongsi..

Within 6 months I was able to hit 10k followers, dah ada seramai 3000++ students and managed to become speaker for several big local brands

I was this close 🤏 to lose myself

Syah haven't been able to buat any webinar since I start wokring. Honestly syah memng rindu sangt nak mngajar. Syah jenis yang tak boleh nak focus 2 benda dalam satu masa (who can relate 😅)

Recently I was invited pergi UITM untuk ajar students dekat sana. Korang tahu tak 😩 Syah dah lama .. lama sangat tak rasa sehappy itu. I was so happy to be able to stnad in front of the class with my whiteboard and mic.. i felt alive 😔

Dan masa tu baru la trdetik yang all this while, Syah enjoy teaching people, helping people understanding regarding dunia social media tapi syah selalu ketepikan benda tu.

But now that i now what i enjoy doing, i choose to start sharing again 🤗 I miss you guys so much and syah akan share more tips regarding Instagram to help you with your business. Thank you so much everyone for all the support!

This is part of my journey yang syah bnyk belajar from it. Syah nak share 3 lessons:

1. Don't feel afraid to try something new when you are not happy with the outcome. Especially if you feel stuck, that is a signal for you to start susun balik your kehidupan

Because trust me, tak kisah la you umur 30 or 40, rezeki allah tu selalu ada for you and you kena percaya benda tu. Sebab everything dah tertulis.

2. You kena percaya dengn diri you (my beautiful angel) if you rasa gaji you tak setimpal with the work yang you buat you need to voice it out.

If you rasa you can do better, you kena try! At least try, try je tak salah pun. Without trying you tak akan tahu pun sama ada you akan berjaya ke tidak

3. You kena identify the reason behind your stress / anxiety mesti ada punca dia. After that, you kena tahu macam mana you nak overcome it

4. Always prioritize yourself first, bila you sakit and dapat MC make sure you rehat. Jangan paksa diri untuk siapkan kerja sebb kalau you paksa juga sedangkn your body need to rest.. nnt lama2 you akan tambh sakit or worse you akan depress

Nak guna 5 hashtags ke 30 hashtags? 😬

Sebenarnya hashtag ni relevent lagi ke dekat Instagram or even dekat audience kita?

Adakah dorng still menggunakan symbol # tersebut?

Instagram sekarang dah beralih ke SEO di mana Instagram akan display benda berdasarkan keyword yang you search.

Perkataan yang korang gunakan dalam caption play a huge role same as the picture that you are posting.

Sebab ini yang membantu Instagram untuk paparkan kepada audience yang cari menggunakan specific keyword ni.

Macam mana sebenarnya keyword search ni berfungsi, ok jom tengok carousel kita yng ke 8. Bila audience search 'baking recipe' Instagram akan paparkan beberapa option dan user (previously instagram akan paparkan semua user2 yang guna keyword ni).

Bila audience click on search, kalau keyword tersebut specific maka Instagram akan keluarkan terus gambar yang top.. (mcam dalam gmbr ke 8)

Adakah feature baru ni complicated dan mnyusahkan kita sebagai seller? Pada pendapat syah tak. Sebab Instagram bantu kita untuk push content kepada orang yang search mnggunakn specific keyword.

And usually audience yang guna specific keyword ni, dorng tahu apa yang dorng nak and usually adalah audience yang high quality.

Apa pendapat korang dengan update baru ni? Is it worth it atau korang prefer yang lama punya?

Mesti pernah terfikir kan, kalau dia guna lagu tu and trending.. you pun kena guna

Since tunjuk2 dalam video tengh trending you should follow the trend juga?

Syah pernah alami both of these situtions and selalu syah akan end up hiatus sebb syah penuhkan otak dengan fikirkan perfectionist syah..

Tapi apa yang your audience perlukan from you adalah your insight, value and your personality. They follow you because of you not because of the song selection

Ada AHA MOMENT dekat situ? 🤯

You kena tahu tau, org yg buat tunjuk2 tu ada audience dia tersendiri, orang yang buat voiceover ada audience dia tersendiri and if you pilih untuk buat mcm talkshow then you do you

As long as you tahu you nak target audience yang mana and you tahu value yang you share tu relevent dengan your service or product. Sebab in the end of the day, yang you perlukan adalah follower yang berkualiti.

Me teaching Instagram 2020 vs 2022 🔥

Social media will constantly change and it is our responsibility to adapt with the change.

What works in 2020, doesn't work now dan dunia social media akan terus evolve.

Cakap tentang evolvement, in 2020 was where I started with Syahkongsi with 0 follower and 0 post. I started dari bawah with the mission of providing as much value as I can.

Syah tak pernah sangkah yang one day I will be teaching people about Instagram.

Dulu nak dapat RM1000 pun susah 😔

I used to sale my kelas RM15 per class and it was conducted via Telegram. Syah letak all the syllabus dalam telegram and after they finish with each class akan ada one to one dengan syah via Whatsapp..

Sometime the one to one ambil masa sampai 3 jam juga and it was only RM15. This one 'educator' told me i need to lower my price, my value tak sampai RM10 pun. Was i devastated?

YES! Because it was my passion and I know for a fact that benda yg syah ajar tu memng akan mndatangkan hasil..

Pernah ada student yg x show up during the one to one, syah tunggu sampai 1 subuh and I didn't get good sleep masa tu sebb anxiety takut dia cari syah jam 2 or jam 3.. but at the end nope

Tapi bila syah tahu my own value and the result that I saw my students achieved, di situ la syah realize my worth. I keep on being consistent for 1 whole year and alhamdullilah now people know me as the 'Instagram Guru'

RM30K was invested into books, course and mentor

Masa dekat sekolah dulu, i didn't believed in myself. I was bullied and my teachers memang tak s**a Syah. They tend to lebihkan chinese kids sebab syah sekolah chinese school dulu.

I remembered ada satu hari ni kan, I saw my classmate main kejar2 dengan guru kelas so when i approached them, the teacher directly stop playing and all of my classmate blamed it on me.

And that was the last time i rehat dekat area my kelas, setiap kali rehat i will rehat sendiri and went to kelas darjah 1 and play with the kids.

Since then i doubted myself sampai lah University. My SPM result was not good and I started believed myself bila during my sijil I managed to get an A. Since then I work hard for getting good grade.

After Syah habis my Master, i start belajar about Instagram p**a. 95% of my courses are from luar negara sebab dorang lagi advance and selalu dapat update lebih awal.

Honestly after Master, i was sad sebab dah habis belajar, no more stress sebab buat research or assignment. But alhamdullilah I found Syahkongsi and you guys. I started teaching via webinar and constantly invest in educating myself so that i can improve my webinar and help my student.

Try letak yourself dalam this situation, kenapa you tak follow certain account sebb you rasa dia hard selling sangat kan? So why are you doing the same thing?

"Syah, I lebih prefer guna long caption tapi this guru told me not to" 😱

During my 1:1 coaching, there were few of my students yang dah pernah coaching or learn from other guru..

Which is totally fine. Syah selalu encourage my students to gain new knowledge especially bila you menjual dalam social media.. sebab social media berubah every day..

But lately I have student that come to me and say

"Syah, xx cakap i should do short caption"
"Syah, this guru cakap perbanyakkn carousel"
"Syah, this guru cakap i should post at least 4 times a day"

and when you follow these 'guru' and you tak nampak result, you start to..

Compare yourself with your competitor
You start to fikir you are the problem
Something is wrong with you

And it was so upsetting sebab all this while I try my best to help my students tanpa buat dorang rasa nak give up nak buat business dalam instagram. Sebab I understand how it feel like as if you are the only one dalam industry you yang tak nampak result..

You have to understand this, bila you berguru you kena always trial and error. Sebab apa yang function kat account dia, tak semestinya akan function in your account.

You both have different audience and niche. Learn from them and apply to see what is working in your account. This is why you invest untuk belajar and tingkatkan your ilmu pengetahuan so that you know other method that can help your business..

Be careful when pickup your guru sebab when you salah pilih you might belajar mitos2 yang ridiculous that will not help you in growing your account

Belajar tinggi² tapi end up unemployed

Bila kawan my mum, families or even stranger tahu yang syah sambung Master tapi tak kerja semua akan cakap..

" Sayang duit saja belajar tinggi² kalau ndk kerja "

" Buat apa belajar lama² kalau ndk kerja juga "

" Rugi belajar bayar mahal² x da p**angan "

Honestly syah sambung belajar sebb i love to learn, syah enjoy buat assignment and research.. it is exciting to me when i gain new knowledge..

I love the stress when I'm trying to understand new things. I prefer work life balance over gaji puluh ribu but end up not happy..

Syah sedar I'm introvert and diagnosed with Persistent Depressive Disorder.. i know myself.. forcing me to do something that I don't enjoy memng tak akan ke mana end up syah akan stress and go back to my depress self..

I love teaching, I enjoy finding new resources to teach my students.. When i first coach my first group it was unexplainable punya feeling.. syah happy sangt sampai nak nangis..

Sebab this is exactly what i love, mngajar and working for myself but at the same time i can contribute to the society like how i used to imagine myself doing..

Boleh ke stop robot/fake account follow your account? 😭

Sebab these account ada yang dihandle oleh bots ada yang dihandle oleh orang betul.. Kalau robot yes we can stop them tap kalau human nope, all we can do ialah block or remove mereka sahaja 😫

The reason why bila you set minimum age, you dapat stopkan these bots or minimize kan mereka ni sebab kalau account tu adalah bots.. kerja dia hanyalah untuk follow account sahaja all 🤖 can do click follow jadi bila tiba2 ada pop up dia tak akan dapat nak click apa2 sebb dluar daripda tugas dia 🤫

Sama macam kita google something then tiba2 dia tnya sama ada kita robot ke tak? Pernah kan korang jumpa benda ni.. so the reson is because robot tak akan dapat nak click 'i'm not a robot' 🤣 tu la psychology dbelakang pop up minium age ni 🥳

BOTS/FAKE ACCOUNT AKAN GANGGU ALGORITHM? 😱😱

Yup betul.. the reason kenapa it will affect your account sebab cuba bayangkan kalau you have 100 followers, 50 of them adalah fake or bots 🤖 then bila you post content instagram tunjukkan to certain % untuk tengok sama ada your content dapat perhatian orang ataupun tidak..

Bila your content tak dapat engagement (like, comment, save, share) sebab kita tak tahu % yang instagram tunjukkan hanyalah ke 50 bots, Instagram akan fikir your content tak berbaloi 🙅‍♀️ untuk show to more people this is how bots/fake acoount kills your Instagram 💢

Ini adalah cara nak detect 🤖 so you can remove them 👇

☠️ Username yang mempunyai number or banyak huruf
☠️ Gambar pilot/korean/no picture (ini you akan selalu dapat)
☠️ Bio kosong
☠️ You can see that dorang baru post all their content

1 YEAR AND 1/2 ON INSTAGRAM ✨

Dari seorang student yang pendiam, not socializing much with her friends and setiap kali habis kelas directly pulng rumah 🏠.. it feel unreal to be here 🥺

I was just like you 🙁, tak percaya dengan diri syah sampai satu tahap memng tak trfikir langsung tak join apa2 aktiviti , prefer stay at home atau dalm bilik ja. But then Syah trfikir how can i contribute kepada society while doing things that i am passion about? 🤔

Susunan Allah tu tersangtlah indah.. Syah tak pernh sangkah I will be able to at first share my knowledge 🧠 via carousel to conducting classes 👩‍🏫 and help over 3000 entreprenuer on Instagram and not forgetting given the opportunity untuk ajar team under more than 10 local brands. 💢 This is where my journey took me ☺️

Masa awal bulan syah terfikir kenapa syah tak pernh dapt invitation untuk bagi talk dekat univeristy or government agency 😔.. Syah memang down masa tu sebab syah asyik cari punca dia dekat mana and i tried so hard untuk improve kan mana yang patut and last week syah dapat invitation untuk buat seminar under 💢😱

GUYS, I WAS BAWLING MY EYES OUT! 😭 ALHAMDULLILAH FOR EVERYTHING.. 🌟
