আদানিকে বিচারের মুখোমুখি করতে চাইলে মার্কিন প্রসিকিউটরদের যুক্তরাষ্ট্র ও ভারতের মধ্যে থাকা প্রত্যর্পণ চুক্তির আওতায় তাকে ভারতের কাছে চাইতে হবে৷ যুক্তরাষ্ট্র আদানিকে চাওয়ার আবেদন করলে ভারতের আদালত সেই বিষয়ে সিদ্ধান্ত দেবে৷ সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়ার প্রক্রিয়ায় কয়েকটি বিষয় বিবেচনায় নিতে হবে৷ যেমন, আদানির বিরুদ্ধে যুক্তরাষ্ট্রে যে অভিযোগ আনা হয়েছে সেটি ভারতেও অপরাধ কিনা, তার বিরুদ্ধে আনা অভিযোগ রাজনৈতিক উদ্দেশ্যপ্রণোদিত কিনা বা যুক্তরাষ্ট্রে আদানির অমানবিক আচরণের শিকার হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা আছে কিনা৷

মীর মুগ্ধ সে দিন যেভাবে শেষ বিদায় নিলেন।
আর কতো ব্যথা বুকে নিয়ে জাতির জীবন হবে পার?
নির্মমতা আর কতোটা চরমে উঠলে শান্ত হবে দেশ?

বেলা ১২ টায় ফোন কলে মুগ্ধ
:জলদি আয় বেটা!
: অফিস শেষ হবে ২:৩০ তখন বাসায় যেয়ে বাইকে রাইখা খাইয়া আসতেসি!
: আরে মামা আমি তোর খাওয়ার ব্যাবস্থা করতেসি! আমার বাসায়ই বাইক রাইখা একসাথে বের হবো! তুই বাসায় আয় তারাতাড়ি! এই বলে ফোন রাখলো! আমি গেলাম ভাত এনে দিলো মুগ্ধ নিজেই! বুয়াকে মাঝখানে একবার রাগও করলো শুধুমাত্র ডিম দিয়েই কেন দেয়া হলো! আমি বললাম বাদ দে বাসায় কেউ নাই যা পারসে দিসে!খেয়ে রউনা হবো আমি বললাম ফরমাল প্যান্ট পইড়া যামু? কেমন লাগতেসে মুগ্ধ হেসে বল্লো "তোর যা সাইজ আমাদের প্যান্ট তোর হবে? আচ্ছা এইটা দেখ বড় আসে"। মুগ্ধর দেয়া প্যান্ট পড়েই বের হচ্ছি পায়েও মুগ্ধর দেয়াই স্যান্ডেল কারন আমি অফিস থেকে ফরমালে ওর বাসায় আসছি।বের হওয়ার সময় স্নিগ্ধ হেসে বলতেসে তোরা আসলেই যাইতেসিস? মুগ্ধ বললো "হ্যা! যাইতেসি, তুই স্পাইনলেস যাইতে পারতেসোস না!" স্নিগ্ধ হাতের ব্যান্ডেজ দেখাইয়া বললো সুস্থ থাকলে আমিও বের হইতাম!(স্নিগ্ধ ২ দিন আগে বাইক এক্সিডেন্ট করে).
আমরা বের হয়েই রিক্সায় মামাকে জিজ্ঞেস করলাম
:মামা আন্দোলন কোনদিকে হচ্ছে?
: আজিমপুরে মারামারি লাগসে মামা!
মুগ্ধকে বললাম যাবি? বললো "ভিডিও দেখলাম হাউসবিল্ডং এও গেঞ্জাম! আচ্ছা চল যাই"
রিক্সায় দেশের পরিস্থিতি নিয়ে আর খুলনা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের হল থেকে ছাত্রছাত্রীদের হল থেকে বের করে দেয়া নিয়ে হতাশা প্রকাশ করলো!
আজমপুর যেতে না যেতেই মুগ্ধ বলতেসে "এই কি অবস্থা মামা! এইটাতো পুরা মুভির মতো দেখতেসি" আমি আবার বললাম "না বেটা গেমসে ওয়ারজোন গুলা এমন দেখায় না?" মুগ্ধ বললো "হ্যা! হ্যা!!" আমরা একটু সামনেই দেখলাম মানুষ কোলে করে নিয়ে যাচ্ছে স্প্রিনটার খেয়ে ক্ষতবিক্ষত ছাত্রদের! কারো পুরো মুখ ফেটে রক্ত বের হচ্ছে, কারোও পিঠ ঝাঝড়া হয়ে গেসে! পরক্ষনেই রিক্সার ভাড়া দিয়ে মুগ্ধকে বললাম ধর হাসপাতালে নিতে সাহায্য করি! এরপর দুইজন মিলে বেশ কয়েকজনকে হাসপাতালে নিলাম! মাঝখানে আলাদা হয়ে যাওয়াতে আবার কল করে বললো "কই তুই? আলাদা হইস না! ফ্যামিলি নিডস এর সামনে আয় আমি দাড়াইসি"একসাথে হয়ে আমির কম্পলেক্সের দিকে গেলাম! পরিস্থিতির ভয়াবহতা দেখে আমাকে বেশ কয়েকবার বকা দিয়েই সাবধান করলো! "কিরে! সামনের দিকে যাইস না! এদিকে আয়"। এর মধ্যেই খবর পাইসি IUBAT এর এক বন্ধু দীপিত দাস এর গায়ে বেশ কিছু স্প্রিন্টার ও রাবার বুলেট লাগসে এখন মসজিদে অবস্থান নিসে! মুগ্ধ বলল "চল! যেয়ে দেখে আসি! কি অবস্থা!" আমরা গেলাম মুগ্ধর সেদিন প্রথম দেখা দীপিতের সাথে কিন্তু মনে হইলো ওর ও অনেক কাছের বন্ধু! সবকিছু দেখলো আবার জিজ্ঞেস করতেসে "ভাই! আপনার কি লাগবে? পানি আইনা দিবো? নাইলে চলেন আপনারে নিয়ে ডাক্তারের কাছে যাই!" দীপিতের সহজ উত্তর "আমি ঠিক আছি ভাই! নিউজটা দেখেন দাবি কি মাইনা নিসে? খোজ নেন আপনারা ওইদিকে সাপোর্ট দেন!" আমরা আবার বের হইলাম! এদিকে মুগ্ধর সাথে জাকিরের কথা হয়! আমাকে মুগ্ধ বারবার বলতেসে "জাকির আসছে! চল! মিঃ মানিকের ওইদিকে দাড়াইসে!" পরে আমি আর মুগ্ধ এইপারে এসে জাকিরের সাথে দেখা করলাম! বেশ কিছু সময় গেলো! আমি আবার সামনে গেলাম! হঠাৎ পুলিশের ছোড়া টিয়ারশেল এর ধোয়া আসলো চোখ, নাক জ্বলতেসিলো সবার! দম বন্ধ হয়ে আসতেসিলো! আগুনে নিশ্বাস নিয়েই খোজ নিতে মুগ্ধকে ফোন দিলাম "কই তুই?" জাকির কল ধরে বললো "ইষ্টি কুটুম এর সামনে আছি আমরা আয়" দেখলাম মুগ্ধর হাতে এক কেইস পানির বোতল আর বিস্কিট অনেকগুলা! আমাকে বলতেসে "সামনের দিকে ঝামেলা ওইদিকে যাইস না! এখানে থাক!". আমিও দূর্বল আর ক্লান্ত হয়েই কথা মতো আমরা দুইজন মিলে পানি দিচ্ছি আর জাকির আমাদের সাহায্য করতেসে! মুগ্ধ আমাকে বলতেসে
:মামা! যেই পরিস্থিতি আজকে তুই রাতে আমার বাসাতেই থাক! যাইস না! জাকিরকেও রেখে দিবোনে!
আমি বললাম : তুই বললেই হইলো? আমার অফিস আছে না? সকালেই অফিসে যাইতে হবে!
: আরে তোর ড্রেস তো বাসায় আছেই! আমার বাসা থেকে সকালে যাইস! বললাম : দেখা যাক!
এক পর্যায়ে আমরা ইষ্টি কুটুমের মুখোমুখি হয়ে রোড ডিভাইডারের উপর বসলাম একটু বিশ্রামের জন্য! জাকির বললো " আমার আর মুগ্ধর একটা ছবি তুলে দে! আমি ওদের দুইজনের ছবি তুললাম মুগ্ধর ফোন দিয়েই ঠিক বিকেল ৫ টা ৪৬ মিনিটে! আবার আমরা বসলাম! প্রথমে জাকির এরপর মুগ্ধ আর সবশেষে আমি! আর তখন পর্যন্ত পুলিশ কাউকে কোনপ্রকার গুলি করে নাই! শুধুমাত্র টিয়ার শেল, স্প্রিন্টার আর রাবার বুলেটেই সীমাবদ্ধ ছিলো! ছবি তোলার ৪/৫ মিনিট পরে হঠাৎ সবাই আমির কমপ্লেক্স আর রাজউক কমার্শিয়ালের ওইদিক থেকে দৌড়ায় আসতেসে! আমরা দেখলাম! কিছুটা ধীর গতিতেই উঠবো ভাবলাম! কারন বারবার এমনটাই হচ্ছে! ২/৩ সেকেন্ড পর মুগ্ধর পায়ের উপরে হাত রেখে বললাম "চল দৌড় দেই!" আমার বন্ধু শেষবারের মতো আমাকে বললো "চল!" জাকির উঠে দৌড় দিলো আগে তারপর আমিও উঠে দৌড় দিলাম ৩ থেকে ৪ কদম যাওয়ার পর আমার সামনেই জাকির কে দেখতেসি দোড়াইতেসে কিন্তু আমার পাশে মুগ্ধ নাই! থেমে গেলাম পিছন ঘুরে তাকাতেই দেখি আমার বন্ধু ওই বসা অবস্থা থেকেই মাটিতে পড়তেসে, চোখ ২ টা বড় করে আমার দিকে তাকায় আছে, হাতে সেই অবশিষ্ট বিস্কুট আর পানির বোতলের পলিথিন, কপালে গুলির স্পষ্ট চিহ্ন। আমি চিতকার করলাম "জাকির মুগ্ধ গুলি খাইসে"। সামনের দিকে একবার তাকাইয়া দেখলাম অসংখ্য পুলিশ অস্ত্রহাতে এদিকে আসতেসে! আমি দৌড়ায়ে মুগ্ধর কাছে গিয়ে তোলার চেষ্টা করলাম পারতেসি না একা, পাশেই একজন সাহস করে আসলো চেহারা মনে নাই! দুইজনে মিলে কোলে তুললাম মুগ্ধকে! পরক্ষণেই বেশ কয়েকজন মিলে ধরলো! আমি রিক্সায় আবারো আগের মতোই কোলে নিয়ে হাসপাতালের দিকে যাচ্ছি আর মুগ্ধর কপালে চাপ দিয়ে ধরে আছি যাতে রক্ত না বের হয়! (একটু আগেই মুগ্ধ আমার সাথে মানুষ্কে হাসপাতালে নিতেসিলো! এখন আমি নিজেই ওরে কোলে তুইলা নিয়ে যাইতেসি)! ইমারজেন্সি তে নিয়ে বেড এ রেখে এক কোনায় মাটিতে বসে পড়লাম ওই রুমেই! কিছুক্ষন পর ঝাপসা চোখে দেখলাম মুগ্ধর আইডি কার্ড হাতে ডাক্তার আমাকে বলতেসে "আপনার কি হয়?" বললাম "আমার ভাই" আমাকে বললো পালস খুজে পাচ্ছি না আপনি একটু রিল্যাক্স হয়ে বাসায় ফোন দেন! আমি স্নিগ্ধকে কল করলাম সাথে সাথে!
ওইদিনের প্রত্যেকটা সেকেন্ড আমি লিখতে পারবো! কিন্তু এই স্মৃতি? ক্লাস সিক্স থেকে এই পর্যন্ত একসাথে, শেষে পাশে বইসা থাইকাও কিছুই করতে পারলাম না রে!
এই ২১,২২ তারিখে আমাদের সব বন্ধুরা মিলে টাঙ্গুয়ার হাওরে যাওয়ার কথা! টিকিট আর বোট ও কনফার্ম করা হয়ে গেছে! সেদিন মুগ্ধর কথা মতো আমি ওর পাশে ওর সাথেই ছিলাম কিন্তু মুগ্ধ আমাদের সাথে ছিল না! আল্লাহ আমার বন্ধুকে শহীদের মর্যাদা দান করুক! আপনারা সবাই মুগ্ধর জন্য দোয়া করবেন!

আরে বেটা সমস্যা নাই! আমরা রেগুলার ইনশাআল্লাহ আড্ডা দিতে আসবো তোর কাছে! আপাতত তুই রাফির সাথে আড্ডা দে আমরাও সময় হলেই আসতেসি! তোরে নিয়ে এতকিছু লিখতে অনেক কষ্ট হইলো রে ভাই! ভালো থাকিস!

বায়েজিদ বোস্তামি।
