100 theaters reopened in Japan two weeks ago, although Tokyo recently entered the second phase of its multi-phase recovery road map, which includes the reopening of theaters (among other establishments). Bloodshot joins Shinrei Kissa Extra no Himitsu: The Real Exorcist as the only major new films playing. (The films opened on May 29 and May 15, respectively.) Shinrei Kissa Extra no Himitsu: The Real Exorcist ranked #1 for the past three weekends, while Bloodshot opened at #5. The rest of the box office's top 10 are all older films.

Makoto Shinkai's Weathering With You film ranked #2 for a second weekend. The film opened in 359 theaters and 448 screens in Japan last July. It became the #7 highest-earning domestic film of all time in Japan and was the highest-grossing film in Japan in 2019.

Delayed episode 4 to premiere on July 28

The anime delayed airings of its fourth episode and onward until further notice due to the effects of the spread of the new coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on the anime's production. The fourth episode was originally scheduled for April 28, but will now premiere on July 28. The second episode of the accompanying online radio program Hōkago Teibō Radio will launch on June 9.

Sentai Filmworks announced the English dub cast for After the Rain, the television anime of Jun Mayuzuki's Koi wa Ameagari no You ni (Love is Like After the Rain) manga, last Wednesday. The company began streaming an English dub clip.

Last week, Riot Games’ lead gameplay designer Mark “Scruffy” Yetter revealed that the developers were planning to make some changes to multiple systems on Summoner’s Rift. Now, Yetter has provided more details surrounding the adjustments headed to the game for Patch 10.12.

Both the Cloud and Infernal Rifts will be getting some interesting additions to their systems. The Cloud Dragon map effect, for example, will now give 35 percent out-of-combat movement speed in wind areas, which could cause teams to prioritize Cloud Dragons for extra roaming power.

The notorious Draven-main-turned-jungler had an impressive solo queue run, hitting Challenger with a new role in under 2,000 games. And while Tyler1 previously joked that jungling was the easiest role in the game, the streamer shared his current thoughts during today’s return broadcast.

“The role is so tilting as f**k because it’s not like AD carry, where AD carry you know you’re f**king useless,” Tyler1 said. “When you play jungle, you can see plays and how they’re supposed to work, and you can make them work, you just need cooperation with your team. But these stupid f**king idiots suck and they’re never going to f**king listen.”

The official website for Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma: The Fifth Plate, the fifth season of the Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma anime, announced on Saturday that the anime will resume on July 3. The website reported earlier in May that future new episodes would be delayed further "until July or later" due to the effects of the new coronavirus disease (COVID-19). The Tokyo MX and BS11 channels have been showing reruns of episodes of Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma: The Fourth Plate.

The anime's story will be based on the story of Sōkō Musume Mizel Rem Crisis, the rebooted version of the franchise's game that launched on May 21. The game originally debuted in January 2018, but went down for long-term maintenance in June 2018.
