An open letter to MPs and MLAs in the province of British Columbia:

T'eVine is sending packages, to all of you, that contain transgender resource documents and two trans flags.

We are tasking you with reaching out to a transgender constituent, to learn about the issues they face in your region of British Columbia. You are being asked to provide this transgender constituent with the resource documents, as well as one of the two trans flags. You may display the other trans flag in your constituency office, as a symbol that you are a trans ally.

We ask that you email us, at [email protected], to let us know what you’ve learned from your transgender constituent. This feedback helps us to determine if politicians are taking their responsibilities to represent all of their constituents seriously and helps to inform us of issues that are present around the province.

The deadline to respond with your feedback is June 30th, 2021. We will follow-up with you, in the coming weeks, to ensure that you received your package and have all of the tools necessary to complete this task.
