Also, a big announcement! In our recent episode on X-Men: First Class we announced our next two franchises that we will be covering at the beginning of 2020!

First up, Hannibal Lecter. This fiendish but seductive cannibal has been portrayed by four actors across 30 years and his story has been handled by some of the most notable writers, directors and actors in Hollywood.

Over the course of this series we’ll cover everything from Hannibal’s first appearance in Manhunter through Anthony Hopkins’s iconic (and Oscar winning) run all the way through Bryan Fuller’s cult favorite Hannibal tv series with Mads Mikkelsen. Hannibal Rising happened in there somewhere too.

Next up we’ll be talking about Daniel Craig’s tenure as James Bond 007 leading up to the release of No Time to Die in April. We’ll dive into every mission and every martini from his first to his last and everything in between!

Something else that will be happening: one-off episodes! In between these two franchises and on occasions going forward there will be breather episodes in which Ethan or Buddy or perhaps a guest will pick a non-franchise movie to watch and discuss! These could be anything under the sun from under-appreciated gems to Oscar winning classics or movies that are so bad they’re good!

All this and more in 2020!
