1st Regiment Fans' Player of the Year voting is open! The link to vote is available in the 1st Regiment facebook group only.

"Ok folks its that time of year when we vote for our 1st Regiment Player of the season.
You are asked to vote only once, and the vote is open only to 1st Regiment members.
Voting will close at 9am next Monday 24th June.
For verification purposes you are asked to provide an email address and the name you use on the 1st Regiment.
We hope to make the award at the game against Anthem.
For the duration of the voting period, we will not be accepting new members to the 1st Regiment.

Magic number: 4 - points needed to guarantee #1 spot and home field advantage throughout playoffs. Avoiding defeat @ NOLA next weekend would also suffice. Otherwise, a win at home on June 29 over Anthem (who are yet to win a game) will be needed.

"Next up is Utah for a 3pm kick off on Sunday. Farm festival, Fathers day and my 50th Free Jack MLR game.
If you are not dressing to the farm festival theme, please consider joining us with your favorite Free Jacks jersey from the past, would be great to see as many of the "old" jerseys from the past fill the Fort.
Tailgate starting around noon, and some spectacular food and beverage offerings, from the NH kitchen of the House of Elsnau, meatloaf and parsnip cakes with a beef and mushroom gravy with asparagus and rhubarb gastrique (yep you can look that up like I had to!!).
From RI master chef Owens St louis BBQ sauced ribs, cornbread, greens and Cowboy Beans , there will be a weber charcoal grill available if you want to grill your own fare too.
Renee will have more of that awesome kielbasa.
As always Carig and Marnie will be cooking as well, and their brilliant bar set up as well.
The Cape Cod Queen of jello shots Chrissy has the following
Banana Cream Pie, Watermelon with Vodka, Lemon cream Pie, Morts Berries, Orange Jello with P{atron Citronge and a Kennys Kool Aid.
Again if you are bringing something to offer out and not mentioned, please add in the comments and once again thank you so much to all our providers, the tailgate is made by what you do.

This weekend we are hosting a group of approximately 10-15 members of the Revs Rebellion supporters' group, to mark this occasion we have produced a pre-game TIFO with both our logos, and I will try and have that on display in the tailgate area.
We are also still collecting for our Operation Store Card effort, you have been amazing so far, but with two home games left in the regular season we are asking for one final push to get us to an amazing number. Any card any value with the activation receipt and you get an entry for a chance to win a signed jersey donated by the club. Please see Ranger Cindy or me to drop of your donation.
The club are also doing a pet food drive, if you are able to donate, there will drop off boxes at the entrances
Last week we took 40 to DC and totally out shouted the home crowd, imagine how much noise we can make with 5000!!!
We are 9 points away from securing home field advantage for the play offs, which would mean 2 more tailgates!!!!
Let's get really loud and get behind the team and make sure that after this game we are just 4 points away!!
