"Fan-fiction," "too-early legacy sequel," "bad" and many other words are used by our trio as they attempt to dissect the ridiculousness of the 5th and final Pirates entry. Stay to the end for what may be the wildest age-related trivia of the entire franchise.

The Pirates Rewatch returns as Spencer takes us into the massive sequel to Black Pearl. Spencer gets very nitpicky on the title, the trio try to decide what kind of pirate deity/mythos Davy Jones fills, and of course, lots of talk about cannibals and 1 gigantic wheel.

Shiver me podcasts! It's high time for a new rewatch as the trio venture into over-charted waters with the Pirates of the Caribbean Series with the objectively best first movie. Spencer makes fun of test audiences, all three acknowledge the score carries the movie a bit, and Cole gets into trivia, specifically the dozens of actors considered to play Captain Jack Sparrow.

We round out our October "Specials" month with a very special Spencer and Tim Tackle. Cole, Spencer, and Tim come together to talk about one of our favorite movies of all time, 2004's "The Incredibles." Jump in with us into the awesome universe, heroic protagonists, terrifying villains and the madness behind trying to make a film of this caliber with the animation technology of the early 2000's. (We also chat for a sec about Incredibles 2, as well as the potentialness of expanding that universe, and if they should)

Spencer and Tim are BACK with the first ever sports movie review on the podcast. They decided to round the bases back to 2002 with the Jimmy Morris Biopic "The Rookie." Enjoy as they walk through how Dennis Quaid and a killer cast, great directing and camera wrok make this one worth the rewatch. Then afterwards they spend a bit of time talking about the real Jimmy Morris and his amazing story.
The Rookie is available on Disney Plus if you're interested!

New Episode!
Tim and Spencer have returned to discuss one of their favorite movies, 2004's I, Robot. They spend a bit of time discussing the story and the weird setting of "2036, but 2004's version of 2036," as well as Will Smith, Bridget Monayhan, and more amazing performances that made it worth the rewatch. Close to the end they chat about the book the movie was inspired by, as well as the album inspired by the books.
If you love this movie as much as we do drop your thoughts below.

The big (is it big? Doesn't feel big) comeback to the Indiana Jones series came out in 2008 with "Kingdom of the Crystal Skull." Tim and Spencer are back with all the thoughts on this strange movie as we finish our rewatch of the Indiana Jones movies.
(We also speculate *a little* about what little is known about Indiana Jones 5, supposedly coming out next Summer 👀)

First new fandom this season!!

Friend of the pod comes on to tell us and Spencer an overarching first run at the *vast* Star Trek Universe. In the episode they discuss what got Hudson into Star Trek, the history of the Star Trek shows/movies, covering the timeline of it, favorite episodes and captains, the works. It's all here wherever you listen to podcasts
(Originally this was going to be a one-time gig but they had so much fun and I felt so enthused to give Star Trek an honest go that we're going to do this again! Not sure when, but we'll be back 😄🤘 - Spencer)

"Fair, or Not?" Has returned with a twist! Cole, while usually the host of the show, is in the hot seat this time as he stakes his claim on Agents of Shield being canon in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Spencer takes on the difficult task of making the call if it's fair or not, as well as losing his mind at hearing about most of the crazy hijinks the show got to in the later seasons which he never saw.
Close to the end, they do a follow up discussion on whether or not Agent Carter is canon.

Do you think Agents of Shield is canon?

It's time to take your big gulp from the grail of our The Last Crusade episode.

Widely beloved as one of the best conclusions of all time and most everybody's second favorite (or favorite!) Indiana Jones movie, our trio (that's right Cole's in this one) have a fantastic time talking about the fun story, a ridiculous amount of rewrites and an astounding number of animals used, all coming together for the massive movie that was The Last Crusade. (Check out the last two photos to catch some terrible photography from Spencer in a spot that was used in the movie).

To listen hit up our story or bullwhip the link in our bio.

Marvel movies are BACK!!!
It's crazy on this Marvel Monthly with juggling the MCU's big return to movies with the "in-between-quel" of Black Widow, while on the cosmic side of things Spencer and Luke pile through the wild ending of Loki on Disney Plus.
