Hey BarGPT, can I get Lemongrass simple syrup cocktails

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Gin (preferably a botanical variety)
- 1 oz Fresh pineapple juice
- 3/4 oz Lemongrass simple syrup
- 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
- 2 oz Coconut water
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Sparkling water to top off
- Ice

Garnish:
- Lemongrass stalk
- Pineapple wedge or leaf
- Edible flower (optional)

Glass:
- Highball glass

Instructions:
1. In a shaker, combine the gin, pineapple juice, lemongrass simple syrup, lime juice, coconut water, and Angostura bitters.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
3. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
4. Top off with sparkling water to give the drink a refreshing carbonated lift.
5. Gently stir to integrate the sparkling water.
6. Garnish with a lemongrass stalk, a pineapple wedge or leaf, and an optional edible flower for a touch of natural beauty.
