Funny, I didn’t start out to do another magazine or a new magazine. I was just thinking about how wonderful it was if one was a golden retriever. My golden retriever “Molly” is the eighth golden retriever that I have had the pleasure of keeping company with. They seem to view the world in a different way – blissful, golden and happy.
For a couple of months – starting in the holiday season I started posting on “Facebook” pictures of Molly and telling stories of some of her antics – which amused me and also delighted some of my friends and followers.
Molly made me realize that we all want “happy” – good news, good times, and joy. We all crave JOY - that elusive critter that hides from us at 3:00 a.m. in the morning when we are worried about family, money and business. But if we get up look out the window and see the sunlight breaking through the trees or a red cardinal hopping in the bird bath – there it is in our eyes, our heart and our soul – JOY, BEAUTY, HAPPINESS and for just a little while PEACE.
This magazine “Molly” is about just that – living a golden life - whether every day, once a month or just now and then for a few minutes. There is nothing controversial, angry, sad or unhappy - just captivating imagery, creative artistry and beauty in all forms. We celebrate the things in life that give us pleasure, comfort and joy.
