UPDATE #2: The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office has located both Kaitlyn La Rocca and Heaven Ulshafer. We are appreciative of everyone who contributed to the search and disseminated the information.
UPDATE #1: An Amber Alert has been issued by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement for 7-year-old Kaitlyn La Rocca. If you have information that could lead to her whereabouts, please call 630-0500 or 911.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate Kaitlyn La Rocca (7-years-old, white female) who is believed to be in the custody of Heaven Ulshafer (26 year old, white female). Both individuals were last seen yesterday, November 26, 2022, around 4:30 p.m. in the 5000 block of Los Santos Way.
As a result of the circumstances involved, we are attempting to locate both individuals to ascertain their safety. If you have information regarding their whereabouts, or that could lead to their whereabouts, you are asked to call the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office at 904-630-0500.
