🕯Please keep in mind to place self-care on your list/calendar for yourself. Life gets so busy sometimes that we overlook the "ME TIME." No matter your load, take time for you. Because if you don't your body will force it on you in "bed-rest style" and that's not fun at all.

☕️Just imagine that will happen on your planned shopping day, you revamped the kitchen pantry, fridge and freezer as if you were moving so you have like 2 items in the freezer because you decided to clean it all out with 3 the odd random items that makes no sense as a meal -shopping needed. But now you stuck in bed like a hot mess with tissues all over the place with no ingredients for a Hot Toddy. 🥃
