Resource Allocation: Ensure resources are efficiently allocated for construction and community development.
3. Agriculture Development
Training and Education: Provide training programs for community members on sustainable farming practices, livestock management, and eco-friendly technologies.
Farming Implementation: Start cultivating crops and raising livestock using sustainable methods.
Maintenance and Growth: Continuously monitor and improve farming practices to ensure productivity and sustainability.
4. Community Involvement

System of Operation
1. Organizational Structure
Cultural Ministry Leadership: Led by a Cultural Minister, supported by a team of advisors and coordinators.

Family Bloodline Fraternities: Each family bloodline fraternity, led by a tribal commissioner, contributes to the cultural and operational aspects of the community.
2. Governance

Silver: $175 a month, granting tribal trust beneficiary status.
Gold: $775 a month, conferring tribal land voting rights.

Black Degree: Teaching of Spiritual oneness.
Red Degree: Teaching on how to navigate through the fields of energy.
Blue Degree: Teaching on how to navigate one's own energy field.
White Degree: Teaching on how to be in harmony with the Spirit Of Oneness.
