BREAKING!!!! Court Orders Immediate Arrest Of EFCC Chairman, AbdulRasheed Bawa, Sentenced To Kuje Prison

A High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) in Maitama has convicted the Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Abdulrasheed Bawa for contempt of court in relation to his agency’s failure to comply with an earlier order of the court.

Justice Chizoba Oji, in a ruling, held that “the Chairman Economic and Financial Crimes Commission is in contempt of the orders of this honourable court made on November 21st 2018 directing the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Abuja to return to the applicant his Range Rover (Super charge) and the sum of N40, 000,000.00 (Forty Million Naira).

“Having continued wilfully in disobedience to the order of this court, he should be committed to prison at Kuje Correctional Centre for his disobedience, and continued disobedience of the said order of court made on November 21st, 2018, until he purges himself of the contempt.

“The Inspector General of Police shall ensure that the order of this honourable court is executed forthwith,” the judge said.

Justice Orji rejected the arguments put forward by the lawyer to the EFCC, Francis Jirbo, to justify his client’s action.

South-East States As Indigenes Shun Nigerian Army Recruitment, Fail To Meet Quota

Some of the South-East states are unable to fill their quota of admission into the Nigerian Army over fear of ethnic and religious prejudices, inadequate equipment to prosecute assignments and hoarding of vacancies.

The Enugu State government had on Friday also expressed worries over the inability of the state to fill its quota in previous recruitment exercises.

“Regrettably, during the recruitment exercise for the 82 and 83 Regular intakes, Enugu State contingents were only 73 and 49 people respectively as opposed to the 150 slots reserved for the state on each occasion based on the quota system.

“The consequence of today’s inaction is that in time, our dear state would obviously be unevenly represented when other personnel recruited would have progressed in service. Uninformed observers could erroneously misinterpret this scenario in future as marginalisation and imbalance in the federal character.

Suddenly The United States is committed to supporting the Nigerian Navy in its efforts towards the security of Nigeria’s territorial waters.

The US Consul General Will Stevens who suddenly ran from Abuja because of insecurity is now in Igweocha visiting senior officers of the Nigeria Navy to discussed U.S. support for Nigeria’s anti-piracy and maritime security efforts.

But they did not mention about Oil theft because they know those foreigners stealing Biafra oil . I hope they are here for a better mission at least to help in the restoration of Biafra.

WE HAVE APPEALED TO THE SUPREME COURT, TO SET ASIDE THE RULING OF THE COURT OF APPEAL STAYING THE EX*****ON OF THE COURT’S JUDGMENT DISCHARGING AND PLACING FURTHER BAR TO ANY FUTHER DETENTION AND PROSECUTION OF MAZI NNAMDI KANU ON ANY CHARGE/INDICTMENT BEFORE ANY COURT IN NIGERIA.

Recall that on the 28th day of October, 2022, a three Man panel of Learned Justices of the Court of Appeal Abuja Judicial Division, granted an application for the stay of ex*****on of the Judgment of the Court of Appeal, pending the determination of the Appeal filed before the Supreme Court by the Federal Government.

After a thorough review of the said Ruling by our defence team eminently led by foremost Leading Senior Advocate of Nigeria - Chief Mike Ozekhome, SAN, an informed decision was taken by the erudite Senior Advocate, and the entire team, that the said Ruling which has no foundation in law or facts, placed before the court, should be immediately appealed against, for it to be set aside by the Apex Court. Our well informed position was given a final nod by our indefatigable Client- Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu during my last visit to him.

We are therefore by this medium, informing the general public, and UMUCHINEKE in particular, that we have filed an appeal against the said Ruling of the Court of Appeal delivered on the 28th day of October, 2022, and will proactively follow up on the administrative process to ensure that both appeals are given accelerated hearing in line with the extant Fast Track Rules of the Supreme Court.

We shall keep everyone abreast of the development in the appeals as we progress.

We respectfully urge you all to still remain peaceful and law abiding, as always, and be rest assured that the Ruling of the Court of Appeal now appealed against will be reviewed on the merit by learned Justices of the Supreme Court.

Let us reiterate for the avoidance of any doubt, that the said Ruling did not interfere in any way with the status of the judgment of the Court of Appeal discharging Onyendu.

The judgment of the Court of Appeal discharging Onyendu and striking out the seven count charge still subsists, it has not been set aside.

The Nigerian military have invaded Amangwu Ohofia at early hours of today, 3rd November 2022. According to report obtained, the Nigerian troops invaded the community with Dogs and are intimidating and chasing people out of the community without any form of provocation.

It was reported that even some market woman trying to access their business arena were being chased back by the military men and this scenario has caused tension as people are running helter-skelter.

The attention of the global family and movement of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) ably led by the great leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU has been drawn to the possible fall of Abuja to thw Nigerian state sponsored terrorists in the coming days. The US and UK security intelligence reports concerning the fall of Abuja and Nigeria to the terrorists are real, but the Nigeria compromised Security Agencies particularly their Military and DSS are busy chasing armless and peaceful citizens of Biafra in Biafraland.

The ability and preparedness of the Nigeria security forces expecially the Military (Army, Navy & Airforce) to defend the territorial borders of Nigerian has been greatly sabotaged and detoriated to a level that will allow any foreign invader to walk into the Nigeria capital with little or no resistance from the Military. We were just served with Hearing Notice from Court of Appeal, Abuja Judicial Division to the effect that Ruling on the Federal Government’s application for stay of ex*****on on Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s Court of Appeal Judgement has been fixed to be delivered at 3pm today, being the 28th Day of October 2022.

Be assured that despite the short Notice , victory on our court of Appeal Judgement has come to stay.
