Yesterday we joined huge numbers of people on the streets fighting for an end to Israel's genocide in Palestine and to oppose it's war on Lebanon. Thankyou to the anarchists that joined the contingent and to everyone that came to the rallies, despite intense pressure from both the police and politicians to shut it down.

Refugees have been staging a 24/7 sit in outside immigration minister Tony Burke's office, demanding permanent visas. They've been here for a week and all Burke has done is fob them off to his office manager, refusing to even meet with them.

They welcome all support so if you have the time, come down and show your solidarity. They're at Tony Burke's office near Punchbowl station. If you can't come, make sure you spread the word anyway!
