Still hanging in here @ Sakell Talent Promotions. Sorry not much going on as of yet. I have had way too many cancellations to even bother trying to book anything further with Covid. Looking forward to when we all get back to normal. Thinking of you all that decided to take a chance with me. Looking forward to a positive time when we can get out there and do what god gave us to do. I will keep you all in the loop as we go. Until then take care of yourselves. Do what you need to do. What a time to try and start something. Stay positive friends. We will get there.

So things are looking ok for getting out and playing. I have been working and reaching out and have gained a few more Tributes to the roster as well as a few more venues.. I have to say it was nice to finally get some more local bands to add to the roster. I would like to introduce Slirvana A tribute to Nirvana. James T Guidry as Kurt and band manager. Lets have a nice welcome for them.

Hey everyone just wanted to let you all know for now with the uptick in covid cases I am going to be sitting patiently until we can get some motion to get out again. I will be in recruiting mode for now as with venues do not have much to offer at this point and let's be honest with the cases going out of control it is kind of a no brainer just to sit back for now because $500 isn't worth getting sick over and truly it isn't worth any of our time to go out for our ego's to be on stage right now. If you take that $500 now or whatever your lower earning are offered you will likely be hit with that after we can get back to semi normal. Think about us all because you are cutting all our head taking less. My recommendation would be to pony up with practice make it as solid as it possibly can be and maybe create some ideas for your stage show performance. Something better then getting on stage looking like the crowd you are playing for. It is what makes us stand out. Do your band a solid not a disservice by covering every avenue to get your band the most it can receive.

I know most of you are going through some high's and low's with this covid. As we all are. Hopefully you are able to remain positive and with that I would suggest now being the best time to really dig in and perfect your craft. To build and design your show to bring the best you can as a band. From your promo material, your stage set up, to the moves of the band you are portraying and getting those songs down without even thinking about it.. Most of us have the time that we would otherwise never have. This is my way to take a negative and turn it into a positive. Hang in there my friends we will get through this. Let's all be ready for when we can get back to work and get back to performing some amazing shows. I wish peace and love to you all.
