Did you know…

Only 3% of the worlds population actually focuses on improving themselves & consciously makes an effort/decision to get better, take care of themselves, invest in their overall health & lives..

And the other 97% are okay with being broke, struggling, being unhealthy, remaining in unhealthy relationships, etc. 🫢

I heard something the other day that stuck with me - If you’re not growing, you’re dying. And throughout our life we are either increasing or declining.

We’re not meant to just be living mediocre lives, wasting our true potential & gifts.. the world teaches you to settle, that you’re not worthy, that you can’t do better for yourself, it teaches you to be comfortable with the basics and bare minimum..

Well guess what.. You are meant for MORE!

You were created and born for a purpose 🙌🏼 Don’t ever let anyone tell you otherwise.

Yes it’s so much easier to give in to the easy route of life, settling instead of investing in yourself & your future because you don’t want to endure the hard stuff. Like uncomfortable change.

But do you know something?

If life was always easy, it would be boring! You wouldn’t have the opportunities to overcome obstacles and learn from your mistakes, get out of your comfort zone, find out what you’re truly made of, and evolve into better versions of yourself. You wouldn’t know the true feeling of gratitude.

I don’t know about you but I don’t want to be a year older, in the same place, doing the same things, living the same life, thinking the same way…

I want to be constantly growing & thriving! I want to be part of the 97% 💪🏼

Happy week 🤍 What a journey it has been… No one told me how painful & challenging it was going to be. I remember dreading when Josie needed to eat. I would prolong it as long as possible but knowing my baby was hungry, I kept in my mind at all times, that it was all for her. I remember taking a deep breathe and bracing myself for the pain that was about to occur thinking “I just went through labor and a c section.. I can do this”. But I knew it was temporary, so I held onto that light at the end of the tunnel.

Formula wasn’t an option for me because I wanted Josie to get all the nutrients and immunities she needed to truly thrive but I worried that I wouldn’t be physically capable to breastfeed, as that happens to some mamas, but I put aside those fears and had faith in my body’s natural ability.

How incredible it is that our own milk is intricately designed for our babies and their specific needs, and no one else’s. God knew exactly what He was doing when He designed us women 🙌🏼

I’m so glad I didn’t give up despite the difficulties of latching and the pain, I was reassured by fellow mamas that Josie and I would eventually figure it out. And we did. It has been the most beautiful, exhausting, humbling experience in my motherhood journey thus far. Knowing that only Josie and I share this bond together is so special to me and such a gift 🤍 I would do it all over again knowing the blessings that come out of it✨

Hi there! For those of you who are new here, welcome!

My name is Shauna. I’m a wife, an online business owner, and a new mama to my sweet girl, Josie Renee.

Here’s a few interesting facts about me.. Enjoy 🤗

-I’m 31 years old
-my ethnicity is Creole and some European (I’m basically a mutt)
-I’m one of 6 kids and I’m the only girl
-I was homeschooled as a child and all throughout high school
-The ocean is my happy place
-I love to sing and dance

-I’m passionate about skincare and holistic remedies

-I’m a sap for old films, musicals, & cheesy chick flicks
-Cozy is my favorite word
-4th of July is my favorite holiday 🇺🇸🎆
-when I was a young girl, I heard Whitney Houston’s “I will always love you” song from my parents Bodyguard soundtrack cd, and was blown away by her voice, she has been my favorite singer ever since.

I recently started my entrepreneurial journey so that I could create a life of freedom and financial abundance for my family so we can be relieved from our struggles & be able to enjoy life to its fullest together NOW (not at 65y/o).

What I found has shown me that achieving my dreams are possible with some sacrifice and hard work & that the only way to fail is to quit. I found a community of like minded women who support one another, celebrate the little wins and the big wins, and root each other on toward their own dreams.

I have gone through uncomfortable change, shed my old skin and embraced the evolved me. I have overcome fears/doubts and still work to overcome them with this knowledge of the power of mindset & where it can take you.

It has been quite the ride and it’s only just beginning…

I don’t have a fancy college degree, experience in online marketing, experience in content creation, I know nothing about running a business, but I believed that I could learn! If other people are doing it then why can’t I?

I still have doubts, fear of failing, fear of not being enough, fear of looking like a fool, being rejected, looking like an imposter..

But at the end of the day, those are lies in my head that will only be true if I give in to believing them rather than believing in myself.

I’m not usually that person who tries new things. Or does things that are out of my comfort zone. I play it safe. And remain where it’s comfortable. I’ve always been taught to be cautious. But this past year I have taken chances, overcome big obstacles and have seen myself grow in more ways than I ever have.

And it was all because I hit a point in my life that was rock bottom and I needed to find a way out to help my family. So I sought out a solution, and I took a leap of faith towards what I found.

The journey has been challenging and uncomfortable and I’m still getting to where I want to be but in the meantime it’s molding me into a stronger and better person for it.

All I can say is, the old me wouldn’t have made it this far or have taken such a risk 🙌🏼

Here’s to growth, here’s to overcoming fears, heres to taking leaps of faith, here’s to big things ahead 🥂

She is my Why.

✨Why I took a chance on myself to try something completely new and out of my comfort zone.

✨Why I push myself past my fears and insecurities despite what others think.

✨Why I am driven and determined to change our lives for the better.

When I found out I was pregnant, I knew I needed to make a drastic decision. It was either do I:
•Stay stuck in a life of never ending struggle within the rat race..

•Remain in a 9-5 job that doesn’t fulfill me, steals all of my time but doesn’t make me enough money, and will keep me from my baby and loved ones..

•Continue saying No to things, miss out on quality time, precious moments, and future family trips because we can’t afford it..

OR

Do I take a risk, invest in an online business with zero experience that will take hard work, temporary sacrifice, painful transformation and change of mindset?

Both sides sounded scary but staying in the same place sounded even scarier to me. And I kept seeing the possibilities right in front of me. The possibilities of time freedom, financial stability and a way to be able to be a present mama.

So I took the risk and bet on myself..

Fast forward a few months later, now that my daughter is here my Why has evolved into something even stronger and more affirming.

That smile is what fuels me to keep going and not give up! I am so ready to start changing our lives around and I’m so grateful for this opportunity because I KNOW how amazing our lives will be and what it will bring us 🙌🏼🙏🏼

Whatever it is that you’re putting off… that hobby you want to start, that book you want to read, the self work you want to begin, the language you want to learn, the health journey you want to be on, that career you want to pursue, that business you want to start, ETC..what are you waiting for??? Time is only going to pass you by and you will wish you had started sooner than later because you could have already been one step closer to where you want to be or rather, already there! The right time will always be NOW.

Stop waiting and start doing 🙌🏼

When the husband takes some cute photos of you, you best believe I’m gonna post them!

It’s surreal that in just a few more weeks I will be a Mom and sharing my life with a new little person.

Pregnancy has been quite the experience and I honestly have loved every moment of it, minus the first trimester nausea of course 😅 But that is all part of the beautiful process that I can’t deny is also a blessing in disguise.

I’m constantly blown away by the ability which my body and all women have for creating life! If Pregnancy has taught me anything, it is to love and appreciate my body for its capabilities which I cannot explain, I can only attribute to Gods many wonders ✨

I’m trying my best to soak in these last few weeks because this whole entire journey has flown by so fast! But I am also eager to start the next chapter of parenthood.

Baby girl, you are my everything and I can’t wait to meet you and be your Mama 💗

Replace “I wish” with “I want” 🙌🏼

I have always been a big dreamer. And having dreams are awesome, but that’s all they were.. dreams and nothing else. No action toward achieving them. I would find myself thinking “I wish” a lot.

I wish I had more money
I wish I could travel
I wish I was good at xyz
I wish I had a different job
I wish I had a hobby
I can go on and on…

“I wish” is filled with empty promises to yourself. There’s no action that takes place because you’re only wishing for something. When you tell yourself instead I want to do this or I want that then there is more potential for it happening. There is more power behind your words.

When you replace I wish with I want notice how it feels more achievable… there is more hope in that statement..

I want more money
I want to travel
I want to be good at xyz
I want a different job
I want a hobby

Sounds more firm and attainable right?

So instead of filling your head with wishful empty thinking that will only be merely dreams and nothing else.. try saying “I want” instead and see how that makes you feel!

Do you feel more empowered to take action and do something about it? If that’s a yes, then GO AFTER IT! Do something about it! Make it happen! You have the power within you to make that change.

But if you’re still holding yourself back.. and making excuses then you’ve got a little more self work to do my friend. And that’s okay. It’s okay to be scared. Just don’t let fear prevent you from moving forward. Fear is your enemy, not your friend. But YOU can be your best ally!

With the New Year approaching we all have an opportunity to set our wishes into motion! It’s a fresh start! BUT consistency is key… challenge yourself to not give up!

*Teaser: it’ll be uncomfortable and you will run into obstacles but the journey is where the success is, not the end result.

So go after your wants! Turn your wishes into realities! Let go of your fear that holds you back from your true potential and self! Step out of your comfort zone and try something new ✨

If you asked me a month ago if I would be starting an online business, facing my fears head on, overcoming obstacles, stepping out of my comfort zone, I would have laughed and thought “yeah right, I could never do that!”.

But when life gives you struggles, you find out what you’re really made of 💪🏼 And “never” is not an option anymore.

With the New Year approaching it’s a reminder that new beginnings are possible!

We all have endless chances to change, grow, and achieve anything we want to!

The more I live my day to day routine life, the more fed up I become and determined I am to make a drastic change for something more! Don’t get me wrong, I am so grateful for all that I have NOW, and for all of the struggles! In fact I wouldn’t be where I am today, making the changes I am now if it weren’t for the struggles. BUT I refuse to continue to struggle and let that be the end of it. I know God has a plan for my life and my future, I know the struggles are meant to help me grow. But I also know that He has lead me to this opportunity for change and abundance 🙏🏼🙌🏼 We are all capable of making a change in our lives when we’re feeling lost or stuck. It all ends when you decide to start 🙌🏼 Yes it will be uncomfortable but in the end you will never regret your decision to try.

Hello everyone! I wanted to share a bit about my story of how I decided to take a leap of faith and break out of my comfort zone to join a community and business of freedom, growth and abundance in health!

This is my "Why"..

In June of this year I found out I was pregnant (with our first child). My husband and I have been struggling financially to save while living in the difficult conditions of the state of our country with the inflation going on. And even though it was joyful news of our baby coming, we were also very scared that we could not properly provide for our family. It seemed like the absolute worst timing! And I was frustrated. I wanted to be happy and there were times when I was struggling to be, and I asked God "Why now?". I believe that God always has a reason for His timing I just didn't know what that was yet. And even though I was struggling to do so, I trusted in His plan for us. Thankfully He is always providing at the perfect moments and we are always able to get by. But "getting by" was not how I wanted to continue living our life. My husband also has been in a job for the past two years that he hates, is drained from every day, and is robbing him of his personal quality time to be mentally healthy. I also knew I have always wanted to be a stay at home mom, and going back to work after maternity leave was not an option to me! Yes I could get a remote job but I would still be working an 8 hour shift while having to hire a nanny to be with my daughter while I work.

SO I prayed and prayed for a sign, for God to show me a way out. To have a job with flexibility, quicker financial income so that we wouldn't have to wait 5 years or so to get out of our rut, to allow me to be a present mama, something that would relieve my husband of his 12 hour job so that we can have more quality time together and allow him to focus on his goals. And aside from that, as a soon to be mom, I knew that I wanted to have something to call my own, something that I was passionate about, other than just being a mom. And don't get me wrong, I feel that I have always been called to be a mother! But I didn't want that to be the only thing that defined me. So even though I didn't know at the time what that looked like, I also prayed for a passion to call my own.

Fast forward to the near future, I came across this young mama's ad on instagram who briefly shared about her financial abundance and freedom of time, the health and community she was a part of, owning her own business, all while being a present mom with her son... It was everything I prayed for and I was intrigued! I thought it couldn't hurt to reach out and find out what exactly it was that she did! I went into this with my guard up because most times these things are a scam. But she was more than happy to chat with me back and forth, was never pushy with me or tried to enforce selling me anything but just shared her story, and how she makes income with an online business selling a high ticket product using automation. So NO cold emailing, NO cold calling people, NO going to your friends and family to sell something. It was done ALL through social media and ads! It sounded too good to be true but the more I learned about the business, the company her community was partnered with, and the success stories of everyone who was a part of this business, I wanted in! Granted it took me some time to decide to go ALL in! My husband was and is still very skeptical but I could not get the thought out of my head and my heart that if I didn't find out for myself what this was all about, that I was passing on the biggest opportunity I could ever encounter! I felt like I was missing out on something life changing. I felt a peaceful desire towards this opportunity and to me that was my sign from God telling me this was my chance.

Fast forward about a month later, I took the leap! And I am now officially a business owner, and part of the most amazing community of individuals who are like minded, want the same things for their families, are go getters, and are changing their lives for the better, financially, mentally, and health wise!!! The support and resources provided each day is incredible! And I don't think you will find this anywhere else! I have learned SO much about mindset alone and the power we have over our thoughts and capabilities! I have seen myself grow within the past few weeks more than I ever have in my entire life and it's all because of this community and business! This all became possible because of a young couple with similar struggles and visions, who started from the ground up back in 2019 and through trial and error, grew successful, created a team and platform/marketing school, and are helping others do the same and change their lives!

But I must say, if it weren't for the struggles, the fear of "getting by", seeing how miserable my husband is, and the coming of our daughter, I would not have pushed myself to overcome my fears and try something new! Now I know what God was doing at the time and what He was showing me.

THANK YOU GOD!

So now the hard work begins, I still have a long way to go but I am so ready to take on this challenge and watch myself and my team grow in abundance! And to see my growing family's life transform for the better.

This can be for you too! Life doesn't need to be in conformity with the system we have been taught all of our lives! We were not meant to work the majority of our lives and be away from our families in order to enjoy it when we retire at an old age!

Break free of the chains!
Be your own boss!
Take charge of your life!
Live a life of abundance NOW, don't wait til later!

Tomorrow isn't always promised, so make the most of today!
