The word PARAKLETOS is all encompassing, it means comforter, helper, encourager and more but today, we'd talk about Him as THE Advocate

Whenever I see believers scheming in the workplace, I smile and say, "this one doesn't know what He or she carries."

As a believer, it's so good to be polite respectful and diligent with your job but anything like getting involved in office politics shows that you are either unaware of the works of the Holy SPIRIT inside of you or you just chose the 'Hard Way.

If you want to know the real meaning of then engage the Holy SPIRIT as your advocate. He doesn't only advocates through groanings, He also stands up for you before your bosses.
The Holy Spirit speaks up for you in rooms to which you don't have access.

If the Lord needs you in certain positions, HE KNOWS HOW TO CAUSE THINGS TO ALIGN as long as you stay in obedience.

God has gone a mile for us by providing us with all the Help we need to be a success. Just as Jesus promised, He has not left us alone in this Christiaprovidinv

The HOLY SPIRIT helps us with spiritual things, like prayer, our relationship with God, preaching etc; but He also helps us with natural things. We can learn to lean on His help in our jobs and our families and else we do.

However, the choice is ours to either lean on Him for help and have His input, giving us an advantage over circumstances and what we face, enabling us to come out on top of life.

Or we simply neglect and ignore the Helper within and try to get by on your own resources and wisdom.

Happy New Week, dear workplace Apostles🥰🥰❤❤❤

Apologise we couldn't post this last week. So, on today's episode of Holy Spirit and Workplace, we discuss The Holy Spirit as an intelligent being.

Many believers have limited the Holy Spirit to a propellant for speaking in tongues or at most, a force that causes them to fall under the 'anointing'.

Permit me to announce the Holy Spirit to you as the INTELLIGENCE OF THE GOD-HEAD.

“But there is a spirit within people, the breath of the Almighty within them, that makes them intelligent.” Job 32:8 (NLT)

You don't get it, do you? The Operating Software of God lives on your inside. So, why leave him out of your schedule and struggle to fix things?

The Holy Spirit is the highest spiritual ‘Resource’ available to a Christian. He is the 'KNOWER'. The Bible says He knows ALL THINGS.

The Holy Spirit can help you solve those lives and work puzzles. He can inspire the thought on that policy formulation, that business idea, the proposal and the rest.

You have the Spirit of God inside of you, you can not be DISADVANTAGED.

Cultivate intimacy, listen and obey His voice and watch your Spiritual intelligence get sharpened.

Here's a good way to start, cultivate the art of listening. We must intentionally create interludes in our daily routine to ask, “Holy Spirit, is there something you want me to know or do?” We daily face a barrage of issues that distract us, but we must deliberately ‘dial down’ to hear what He wants to say to us.

Go this week with the confidence that you can do all things because the Holy Spirit resides in you.

Hey trybe members,

It's been a while, I missed you but now, we are back and of course better. 💃🏿💃🏿💃🏿💃🏿💃🏿

Last week, a friend and I were having a conversation and we got talking about the Holy Spirit.

We spoke about how we have limited the activities of the Holy Spirit to just speaking in tongues and kept Him at arm's length in other areas of our lives.

I remember sharing with her that all my greatest problem-solving strategies and story ideas were given to me by the Holy Spirit.

Many times, the best of us as believers only manage to engage the Holy Spirit in the corners of our houses, while others leave Him in the four corners of their churches.

This morning, I have come to tell you that you can engage the Holy Spirit in other areas of your life including in your workplace.

We'd be taking a series every Monday on how the Holy Spirit can help you be a better person at work.

Beyond being effective, there is a measure of accountability that would come from you as a believer in your work. The Holy Spirit places a sense of ownership on your work.
When I do not give my 100 per cent at work, He'd tell me, 'you just cheated your employer.

He keeps us in check at all times and helps us to stay accountable to the chief employer which is God who has called us into that particular field and placed us in that organisation. This helps you to give more without feeling cheated.

"Seeth though a man diligent in his work." That diligence is given by the Holy Spirit because true service cones from a posture of heart that honours God at work, not necessarily the output.

However, when the heart posture is right, the result will definitely be great. Make it a point of duty this week to be accountable to the Holy Spirit with your work.

Happy New Month fam.
We pray that you'd be a solution provider to problems.

You know I was studying the journey of the Isrealities and one of the things that struck me was how Moses was able to proffer solutions to the challenges encountered in their journey.

All he did was to ask God.
It dawned on me that the Holy Spirit inside of us is also for solving problems.

I pray that as you engage the Holy Spirit this month, you'd receive insights on providing solutions to situations in Jesus name.
