Finally, my little prince is willing to get up the bicycle and cycle by himself today!
Before this, it was all fear of getting up the bike and cycle by himself. He needed daddy and mummy to hold on to him before he can cycle. Even he did cycle, he gave up after a while.
Today, he overcome his fear and took on a bike that seems higher for him and cycle round the estate all by himself! So proud of you, my little prince! Keep it up and soon mummy will not be able to catch up with you! ๐
Everything starts with unfamiliarity and bit of fear. But the more you practise, the more you get used to it. However, first thing is to let go of fear!

Before this, I totally swear off having a cruise holiday after a bad experience when I was younger.

I am working from home today and I brought little prince to child care. Working from home days are good because I do not need to rush to office and I do not need to hurry my little prince off to his childcare because I need to report to office.
However, something is still missingโฆโฆflexibility.
As a full time employee, I am not able to step into the office anytime I like. I am not able to take time off anytime I like because I may not have enough leave days for me to apply. I am working to help others fulfil their dreams in the corporate world but not my own dreams. Time is always never enough for me.
Good thing is I found a work from home option that provides the flexibility and itโs my plan b. I want my plan b to replace my full time work.

I know I very kiasu but itโs good to start now than start later as habits takes time to change. He started off well this morning following the routine and was having breakfast with me at the dining table. Suddenly our conversation goes like this: Little prince: Mummy, girls put on make up. Mummy: Yes, girls put on make up. Do boys put make up? Little prince: No, boys donโt put make up. Mummy: Then what do boys do? Little prince: Boys dig their nose! (He started digging his nose!) ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ Mummy: ๐๐ ๐ Where did that even come from? This brings a smile to our faces this morning. A delightful morning with no tantrums and this funny conversation made my day! Guess what? My little prince earns his โญ๏ธ for being able to do all the morning tasks himself this morning, with a little help from mummy!! ๐ I am so glad of this little achievement that I have made in teaching my little prince on his morning routine. Taking the first step is always the scariest and the hardest. It takes lots of courage to do it because you are unsure what lies ahead after the first step.
