I borrowed this to post here because it speaks volumes of truth. I thought it was worth sharing though because oftentimes we tend to forget duality. If we push ourselves too hard to always remain in the light, we can suppress our shadow which will come out in undesirable ways. Always remember that you are meant to be a perfect balance in order to be whole and complete

When I asked my guides why humanity has never been given undeniable proof of what lies beyond, they showed me an analogy.
If two football teams were about to play a game for the championship, one team doesn’t know what the outcome of the game will be, the other team is told they’re guaranteed to win.
The team that is guaranteed to win will not try. They won’t train, they won’t learn, they won’t grow because they know they’re promised a win in the end.
The team that doesn’t know the outcome will train, learn and work hard to succeed because they want the win. They will gain much experience and knowledge from all their effort.
Such is why humanity will never have undeniable proof, because if we did, we would never make an attempt to learn and grow in life and our human experience would not be of any value.

You have much to share with the world so embrace this healing fire that surrounds you today. Allow it to wash away any self-limiting beliefs that hold you back from fulfilling your true purpose and seeing your true worth and potential. If you’re struggling to come up with three positive things, it’s time to check in with yourself. How many positive thoughts do you have in an hour compared to the negative thoughts? Be mindful of your thoughts for a short time.
If you’re finding yourself in a more negative, rather than positive state of thinking, it’s time to change your thoughts and heal your life. Remember, feelings aren’t facts.
