Survey is from 2017 but I think most would still find it timely.

It's a crazy, crazy media world nowadays.

Don't be fed. Eat for yourself. 👍

According to a 2017 Gallup-Knight Foundation survey, almost half of Americans say there's so much bias in the news that it's hard to decipher the facts.

Strict partisans are more certain they can't be misled by slanted news coverage: Those who are "very liberal" or "very conservative" are the most likely to be "very confident" that they can sort fact from opinion.

Only 27 percent of U.S. citizens are "very confident" that they can tell the difference between factual news and opinion or commentary.

In the middle, we like facts and facts-based reporting.

In a current world of echo chambers and conspiracy theories, we want real knowledge, not manufactured.

The chart below depicts the major news outlets and where their reporting lies on a left to right spectrum and factual to non-factual.

We recommend that your media diet come from those that reside in the top middle. That's where the facts lie.

We believe using those sources will give you a much better chance of finding the truth in today's chaotic news media realm.

*Note: Due to Mr. Bloombergs recent decision to enter the 2020 presidential race AND his direction that the Bloomberg outlet NOT investigate democratic candidates, we do not recommend them as a completely valid source. We want objectivity.

Here in the middle we like a good economy.

But we also like transparency, accountability and professional conduct from our elected officials.

Here in the middle we like facts.

We DON'T like conspiracy theories.

Here in the middle we like civil dialogue about where we are and where we want to go as a country.

We DON'T like insulting and denigrating others, just because they have an opposing view.

Here in the middle we're Americans, who care about what America does.
