For my hair care routine, I do the following:
1. Rinse w/Apple Cider Vinegar and Baking Soda. I use a wide tooth comb to release any dandruff from my scalp.
OR
I use my Biotin Shampoo and Conditioner.
2. I use a Keratin Treatment Mask as a deep conditioner. I let this sit for a half hour.
3. I let my hair air dry and massage my scalp and edges with Jamaican Black Castor Oil.
4. At any moment during the day, I add my liquid biotin to a drink and consume the recommended dosage.

What is your facial routine?
I mix the baking soda and Apple Cider Vinegar until thick. I smother the paste on my face and let it sit for ten minutes.
I rinse with warm water.
Next, I wash the mixture off and apply the miracle moisture. I let this sit for ten minutes as well. I rinse with warm water.
Finally, I apply the TeaTree Night Cream Moisturizer.
