We had the pleasure of attending the 3rd Hispanic Chamber Women in Business Conference today in Savannah,Georgia. The room was full of dynamic, powerful women from diverse cultures with a common interest in business. Participants received a wealth of priceless information from the speakers during their speech and panel discussion. The event had a successful turnout and we took the following Key Points from the panelist, Emcee and Host:

Wayne County’s Crime Victim Advocate, Lorraine Copeland Jackson and Keith Higgins DA office held a Memorial for Crime Victim Families. The families have the opportunity to meet other families facing the same journey of healing and finding peace. This evening Rick Trull (Father of David Trull) shared beautiful memories of his son and reminded all of the families in attendance to take care of themselves. Mr. Trull asked the questions, "What would my son have been like?" "What would his children and family have been like?"

The District Attorney's Victims' Assistance Program can offer help to cope with the financial, emotional and physical impact of Crime, and can help you understand your rights under the law.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Crime Victims across the nation as these include fellow business owners and entrepreneurs. May peace find you as the Father guides you.

Fair Haven Hosted the Professional Women's Luncheon today at Unity Church of God. Local Businesses donated items for a silent auction and door prizes. The local EMS, Fire Department and Jesup Police Department came to serve food and drinks during the luncheon. Instaphotos by Pamela added the perfect touch to the luncheon with her photo booth and awesome INSTANT photo prints! Keep an eye out for next year's luncheon!
