This week I had an opportunity put in front of me that I was very unsure of what to do. In my heart I knew it was what I wanted to do but my head was telling me no.

I have always worried about what people think and not put myself first. This is something that I find very hard to overcome.

For the first time in a long time I decided to go for this opportunity and see where it takes me!

R U OK?

Today holds a special place in my heart. Just over two and a half years ago I was asked this question and I answered truthfully in that moment.

I was not okay.

I was suffering from post natal depression and anxiety after my daughter was born. It was an incredibly hard time for me and I didn’t think it was ever going to end. I seeked help from my GP and that’s when my life started to turn around for the better.

It is as simple as asking the question, you never know who needs to be asked it. It shouldn’t just be today but every day.

Check on your friends and family and make sure they are genuinely okay 🌈

On the weekend we celebrated two of our good friends engagement! 💍

We had a fantastic night catching up with old friends who we haven’t seen pre kids.

These girls partied hard till 11pm high on life and running around with other kids.

On Friday night we finally welcomed our first calf born on the farm, called Speck!

This time last year I never would have thought I would be hiding behind trees and bushes waiting for a calf to be born on a Friday night!

Ever since we moved here, it has felt like home. Absolutely love living this lifestyle that we now have and for raising our kids how we always wanted to ❤️

First day back at the gym today in what feels like a month since I was last there.
Should have started off slow but jumped straight into a body pump class 😳
I am already so sore so can only imagine what tomorrow will be like!

How on earth is it Sunday night already?!

This weekend was so great for us. I decided on Friday night that I was going to take the kids to the beach and see our beautiful friends who we haven’t seen in months! It is always so great catching up and we pick up right where we left off.

Sunday was a nice slow day while we reset and get ready for the week at work and school. I am starting another job this week that I am so excited about. It is going to be a big adjustment trying to balance out two jobs and the kids school activities but I feel I am more than ready!

💜 My name is Justine and I live in a small country town called Kingaroy where we live on a farm with 135 acres!
💜 I am happily married to my high school sweetheart (been together 13 years, married 7)
💜 A mum to two beautiful little girls aged 5 & 3
💜 I enjoy going camping in our caravan and exploring with my kids
💜 Currently working part time but my ideal lifestyle is to earn money from home raising my girls and showing them they can do anything they put there minds too!
