Hope everyone is enjoying opening packs of the new set! Here are my pulls out of 3 boxes. I'm really happy with the Full Art Refia! My chase card is the Full Art Luso (aside from the Signature Lightning of course), so I hope I'm able to pull one in a future pack! Best of luck to everyone pulling for the cards they want!

We're excited to be bringing you a brand new spoiler for the upcoming set, Hidden Trials! Introducing Vaan, a crystal generating 4CP Wind Forward at 8000 power that converts crystals into board-wide damage!

I'd normally go into more detail about the card, but this time, I'd like to do something different. Today is my anniversary with my partner! I'd like to dedicate this spoiler to him, as it is because of him that I got introduced to FFTCG and came to love the game as much as I do now. He helps me create content for Forwards of Light as well, and I appreciate all his efforts and insights for the game. He's my #1 partner in life and cards, and I couldn't have asked for a better one! Here's to you and all the years of FF we get to experience together.

Hey everyone! It's been a while since I last posted, and much has happened since then, but I've returned with a new spoiler for the upcoming set Beyond Destiny! A big thank you to Square Enix for the spoiler!

Our spoiler is Rikku from represented as a 2 cost Wind Forward with 5000 power and an EX Burst. When she enters the field, she'll make you reveal the top card of your deck and let you add it to your hand if it's a Wind card. She also gains a little power boost in the later parts of the game once you've taken at least three points of damage.

Rikku has some great potential with other cards revealed in this set so far such as Balthier (21-053L) allowing you to deal some damage off of his ability and dig deeper into your deck for more Wind cards to cast. She also gains a bunch of synergy as a Category WOFF Forward with all of the new WOFF cards in this set such as The Girl Who Forgot Her Name (21-033R) which makes her searchable in Ice/Wind decks.

Hello everyone! I know it's been a while since I've last posted. Life has been really busy lately competing in all the Store Championships and Materia Cups. I have much to catch up on! So I'm returning to the fray with a special post: a spoiler from the new upcoming set, Dawn of Heroes!

Meet Frimelda, a 3 cost Water Forward with 7000 power. When she attacks, you can draw and discard a card, allowing you to boost her power and reduce another Forward's power by 3000 if you discard a Forward by her effect! It's nice seeing Frimelda get more love.

The new set is almost here! I'm excited to get my hands on some of these new cards and can't wait to start constructing decks to compete in the rest of the FFTCG tournaments this year! Hope to see you all there!

Hey everyone! Calling all Final Fantasy fans! I'll be attending Fanime for the whole weekend (Friday-Monday), and I'll be bringing packs of official Final Fantasy trading cards with me to give away to con goers! I'll also be giving away some FFTCG Anniversary Collection Sets to anyone who can pull the Light-Element Squall card in their packs! I'll be handing out Final Fantasy themed quests to give people more opportunities to collect cards and pull the rare Squall card and win a Collection Set, too!

These cards were generously donated by our local Bay Area Final Fantasy TCG group! Final Fantasy cards include characters from every game in the series! I'll be cosplaying as Cid Highwind with a large FFXIV Triple Triad sign above my head (and maybe other signs, too), so if you see me walking around the con, please stop by for some cards!

HAPPY RELEASE DAY! 🥳🎉 Today on March 24th is the day that the latest set for From Nightmares gets released! Go out and enjoy deck building with new cards, play in draft events at your local game stores, and experiment with a myriad of different combinations in a new and up-and-coming meta for the 2023 organized play season! I wish everyone the best of luck in pulling the special edition signature-stamped Cloud card! Similar to the Yuffie card from the last set, this Cloud is of the highest rarity, more so than Legacy Full Art cards. If Yuffie's price is anything to go by, Cloud is sure to be quite the expensive card as well! Boasting as an incredible collector's item for FFTCG, may you all have fortunate and fortuitous pack pulls in getting one!

The last for is Y'shtola from ! The studious scion deals destructive damage in an explosive finish to the card reveals of the upcoming set From Nightmares!

Y'shtola is a 3 cost Lightning and Fire Multi-Element Forward with 8000 power. Upon entering the field, Y'shtola can deal you a point of damage to give her Haste and become unblockable until the end of the turn. This ability pairs incredibly well with her second ability that deals 4000 damage to a Forward your opponent controls anytime ANY player takes a point of damage, giving you aggression and removal all in one!

Other Haste and self-damaging effects will synergize with Y'shtola, giving you more mileage with her on the field. Cindy (18-078R), Kuja (11-090R), and Seifer (18-075R) have good effects that can trigger Y'shtola's abilities. Squall (16-011L) can also combo off of Y'shtola's damage and potentially break two Forwards. Geomancer (14-016C) and Squall (PR-108) also make Forwards unable to block, meaning direct damage is easier to deal, and likewise, the 4000 damage can hit its marks.
