We have a screening date!! Come out and join us for the Australian Premiere of Erased on Saturday August 27th at 1pm at Event Cinemas - George Street. There will be a "Meet the Filmmakers" panel directly following the screening.
Ruth, Harriet and I will be hosting a Cast/Crew/Friends get together immediately following at The Albion Court Hotel. Just down the street from Event Cinemas. More info about that later!

Erased has been selected for The Annual Flickers' “VIRTUAL”VORTEX SCI-FI, FANTASY & HORROR FILM FESTIVAL (VORTEX), running OCTOBER 16-24, 2021. This year, responding to the impact of COVID-19, the Festival will take a hybrid approach utilizing area Drive-In theatres with social distancing and protocols/guidance from the Rhode Island Governor's Office and the Department of Health and for special screenings. Virtual programming will also take place online. More info to come!!!

More ERASED good news!! We have been officially selected for both the Sci-Fi London Film Festival and the Silbersalz Science and Media Festival in Halle, Germany!

Sci-Fi London Film Festival are planning to hold this years festival at the Stratford Picturehouse in London’s Olympic Borough. They may also be holding some of the festival activities online. The festival will run from October 19 to 24, 2021.

The Silbersalz Science and Media Festival in Halle, Germany is an amazing free science and media festival, now in its 4th year. The festival will run from September 15 to 19, 2021. They have curated some special shorts programmes where Erased will be screened. The selected films will be screened with a panel of scientists and commentators.

Erased has won!! A huge heartfelt thank you to the Short To The Point International Short Film Festival for screening and awarding Erased the ‘Best Fantasy / Sci-Fi” short film August 2021. A huge thank you as well to the entire cast, Johnny Light, Lauren Orrell, Aria Newton and crew for all their amazing talent that took this film to the next level each time! A special shout out to Matias Bolla for his great Editing, Justin Flynn for his superb Sound Design, Daniel Luke Rogers for his beautiful Cinematography, Nicholas Andrews our wonderful Colourist, Monty Burgess our VFX wizard and our magical Angela Little who composed the music for Erased. She absolutely transformed the film with her talent and collaboration.

ERASED dir Gabriela Loza which Ruth Sligo and Harriet McKern has recently had its world premiere at CELLUDROID Sci-Fi / Fantasy / Animation Film Festival in South Africa, is currently screening in US at Cryptic Minneapolis Shockfest and in coming days will be at Short to The Point in Romania and the Science based festival Silbersatz in Germany!
