Start the new year with a bang and attend the first of the monthly benefit concerts to support Homes for Our Troops. Head to Veterans Isle on Sunday, January 26, at 5 p.m. slt for DudecanSing, followed at 6 by Bella, at 7 by Nina Setner and at 9 by Donn Devore. This is a very worthy cause that raised $14,000 last year to build custom specially adapted homes for severely injured veterans. Bring some Lindens! The musicians volunteer their time and talent. Please support them. Sponsored by Frets Nirvana and the U.S. Military Veteran’s Group of Second Life.

Cisum Webmagazine is holding a contest to find our next staff writer/s, who will be invited to contribute music reviews, articles, and interviews to the fastest growing Second Life Webmagazine … Cisum (that’s Music spelled backwards!)

Our focus is music 24/7!

If you are both a writer and a music lover, please consider submitting a review on spec. The winner/s will be invited to join the Cisum staff and will receive 500 Lindens per review.

Each submission should include the name and location of the venue, the subject of the review, and 3-5 photographs that capture what you saw. Please proofread.
