Trafalgar Square is located in central London, England and is one of the most famous squares in the world. In the middle of the square is the Nelson column with the base of four lion statues. Many statues and sculptures are displayed here, prominent among them is a pedestal displaying contemporary works of art. This square is also used for political demonstrations and community gatherings, such as New Year's Eve in London.
