Самый бюджетный пирог. И нереально вкусный!

Ингредиенты:

● кефир 1 стакан
● сырое яйцо 1 шт
● мука 1 ст
● сода ½ ч.л.

Начинка:

● рыбные консервы 1 банка (можно по вкусу и любые)
● отварные яйца 2 шт
● любая зелень, сыр 50 г

Приготовление:

Начинаем с приготовления теста. Смешиваем все ингредиенты и выливаем половину теста в смазанную маслом форму.
Рыбу отделяем от масла и разминаем вилкой. Добавляем мелко нарезанные яйца и зелень. Сыр натираем на мелкой терке. Начинку выкладываем в форму, стараясь оставить свободную тонкую полоску теста у бортика. Выливаем осташееся тесто.
Форму ставим в разогретую духовку минут на 20. Достаем почти готовый пирог и посыпаем его сыром, потом вновь отправляем в духовку на 5 минут. Пирог готов. Он вкусный как в теплом, так и в холодном виде.
