REF: APOLOGY LETTER.
With the reference to the above mentioned subject, I am much glad to take this interval to inform and say a word of greetings to you.
First of all I will like to say I am sorry to apologize to my brother Ustaz Dau Mobatel and his Community about the recent released dissed song by William Kur Ngor Kur. On my own behalf and my fellow musicians of Apuk Giir and Apuk community at large. We offer to you direct and personal apology as well as to listen to you fully and without interruptions to what you want to say.
Apuk Giir and Mading Awiel are brothers as they always walk and work together with one hand. We offer this to you to try to correct any wrongs that William Kur has done and I will do my best to correct it to your expectations and to my brother Garang Dut who is the chairperson of Apuk musicians to solve the case between two brothers Dau and Kur.
However, William Kur Ngor is now under detention while making investigation and I have banned the recently released song by him.
We are really very sorry for what Kur has done , however I beg you to calm down your heart while I am continuing making investigation to solve the case. I offer my most heartfelt apology .
Dau Mobatel Music is the well known musician about his being talented in both DJ and Singer at the same time. In short description, Dau don't have any problem with any musician from Apuk Giir and the whole South Sudan.
Finally, I kindly beg you to put down your heart to be patience.
We shall be very pleased if your kind heart accept my opened my Apology to you and Awiel Community and put into much consideration.

Makou Bil to host first music concert in Juba
The fast-rising Afro Beat singer, Makou Bil is set to host his first ever music concert named โMusic Introduction Ceremonyโ.
The concert will be held at popular hall, Freedom Hall - Juba on September 3rd, 2023. The entry is free of charge.

Warrap state Current candidates for primary Eight (P8) 2023_2024 that will soon sit for Warrap state Mock Examination.
1: Gogrial west: 1,613 boys & 1,210 girls, General totals= 2,823 pupils
2: Twic County: 1,145 boys & 1,013 girls, General Totals= 2,158 pupils.
3: Gogrial East: 685 boys & 451 girls, General totals= 1,136 pupils.
4: Tonj North County: 411 boys & 270 girls, General totals= 681 pupils.

PRESIDENT KIIR TASKS THE NEW FINANCE MINISTER TO ADDRESS THE CURRENT INFLATION
President Kiir has tasked the newly appointed Finance Minister to urgently address the runaway inflation in the country.
President Kiir made the directives at the swearing in ceremony of Dr. Bak Barnaba Chol Bak on Friday.
The Head of State told the new Minister to stay focused on the job and "not to accept being intimidated by those people who want to run away with public money".
President Kiir assured the new Minister of his absolute cooperation as he tackles the economic reforms agenda.
Minister Bak said he will work to rein on the inflation, while paying salaries and wages on time, saying the SSP was undervalued and promising a strong response to the country's economic crisis.
The oath taking ceremony was officiated by Chief Justice Chan Reec Madut.
Dr. Bak Barnaba Chol was appointed on Thursday replacing former Minister Dr. Dier Tong Ngor who has been at the helm of the finance docket since 2022.

*WHO IS Dr. BAK BARNABA CHOL?*
Dr. BBC holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from the University of Juba, an MBA in international finance from the University of Buckingham and a Doctorate in Business Administration with major in finance from United States International University. He is also a holder of numerous professional certificates from world-class universities like Columbia University and Investment Banking Institute in New York.
Dr. Bak is a passionate scholar, a financial economist and a public servant with long experience in teaching, consultancy and administration. Integrated into the public service under Civil Authority of New Sudan (CANS), his first assignment was in Warrap State in 2005. He was later seconded to the office of the president in 2007 where he served as a controller of accounts, director of finance and a lead-supervisor until 2012 when he was posted at South Sudan permanent mission to the United Nations.
He is currently an adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Juba and a founder of ST. Barnabas Business College located in Juba town. He has been teaching advanced managerial finance, financial management, financial markets and entrepreneurship to both MBA and undergraduate students.
Dr. Bak is an active SPLM Member since 1980s, he continued to serve the party in various capacities to the present.
He is an author of many academic papers published in both international peer review journals and local media. (Juba Monitor-Money talks for example. Notwithstanding, he participated worldwide on banking, economics, and entrepreneurship.
His hobbies are reading, writing and cue sports. He is married and his first son is a university student.

Family of newborn child with spinal bifida begs for medical support
A child named Ayii Jok Jolting was born one month ago in Warrap State with spinal bifida and club feet. The family are requesting well-wishers to help their child get proper medication.
According to Jok Jolting, the child's father, the Doctor at Juba Teaching Hospital transfer the child to Mbale Hospital in Kampala, Uganda for a successful operation.
Jok managed to bring a child from Warrap State to Juba for medication with the thought that this could be possible.
A jobless Jok says the operation costs 3,500 dollars and he is not able to afford it.
He is asking the well-wishers to contribute to the health of his child.
Jok is from Apuk Giir Community of Warrap State.
