Home ownership concept underway. If it come through, it would be beneficial to our people. I opine that in the span of around 30-35 years as a tenant, we might pay to the owner an amount equal to the cost of a flat.
The Ministry of Works and Human Settlement is working on the strategy and concept document for home ownership. The document is expected to be ready soon.
