But all you have to do is be consistent, disciplined, and trust the program you built in achieving your dreams.
Before my week looks like
Mon- Day 2 thermo
Tues- day2 Recall, day3 6 hours solving time trial board simulation.
Now my weekly schedule prepping for a race.
Mon- rest day
Tues Vo2 max intervals 2 sets of 3 min on 3 min off 2 reps( am) gym work pm
Wed- Endurance ride.
( I have 8 -5 dont get me wrong, I need to wake up early also)
So yun nga " pag kaya mo iendure yung mga boring na bagay, how much more sa mga hilig mo"
