MAGNESIUM

I recommend Magnesium all the time and I know people listen to me BUT ONLY TO HALF WHAT I SAY!

I know they listen because they say I tried magnesium and it didn't work for me.......
and I ask did you buy a good one, which one? and what they've bought is s**t! (FYI, If you think this is aimed at you it really isn't as this happens to me all the time)
So once again, you must buy a good one, and when I say a good one I mean natural, not synthetic or full of binders and fillers, either liquid or powder form

Who am I?

I think people used to be confused as to who I am and what I do
I'm not surprised cause so was I!

My main focus, day job let's say
is healing, I'm a Reiki Master, Energy healer, Belief code facilitator among other healing modalities I'm trained in, and continue to add to.
I also have my own CBD Oil brand (6 years nearly) and supply magnesium, I recommend these 2 supplements so often it happened organically.

I have an invisible illness(s) which lead to me having severe anxiety. I've had to do a lot of work on myself to get my life back on track and I've overcome so much I'll admit I've surprised myself as I didn't think it was possible to improve my health so much.
I'm also neuro divergent, recently diagnosed but I've always known my brain doesn't work quite like everyone else's. It's why I've always got a side project going on, you name it, I've tried it, done it and made a bit of money from doing it too!

I can't be without these 2
The improvements I've had have been countless
Hardly any migraines now and I used to get 1-2 a month, no period pain after years of horrendous debilitating pain, better skin, less Anxiety a big one for me, better nails, more energy again a real biggy for me with a heart condition, no joint pain a problem I've always had being hypermobile the list goes on and on

Preping dinner tonight after seeing clients today at my home haven, Im at my kitchen island looking across at my son playing in the living area while his Dad sits at the dinning table.The 2 dogs sit watching me hoping for food scraps. It's dark outside the house is warm and cosy, I'm smiling cause I'm truly happy.
This is a vision I had for myself many many years ago and I've just realised I'm here, here in that vision I wanted for myself surrounded by exactly what I pictured.
The power of visualisation is real.
I'm incredibly lucky and blessed

Windy walks!
I wasn't looking forward to taking the dogs out today but actually really enjoyed it, the wind blew away some Christmas cobwebs and gave me some much needed energy. Sometimes we need to get moving and get outside in the fresh air to get the energy flowing, movement and breath is everything!
