Yoga is one of those awesome practices that really makes so many parts of our life better. It is a moving meditation that we know is “good for us”, but to which so many of us cannot commit ourselves. I heard all the complaints in the book, and I felt a lot myself — Yoga bores me, it’s harder than I thought, I’m not flexible, Yoga is not for me (or my gender or my body type), it’s too spiritual, it’s not spiritual enough to dislike students, dislike music, Studio, etc.-and the List goes on.
