A Review Meeting on Jal Jeevan Mission & Swachh Bharat Mission Grameen, held under the chairmanship of Hon'ble Minister Shri Jayanta Malla Baruah at BGR Township, Chirang today.

In the meeting, the Hon'ble Minister reviewed and took stock of the implementation and progresses of ongoing projects under JJM and SBM-Grameen in all four districts of BTR.

A 1-Day Training cm Workshop on the Implementation of E-Office in BTC was held at the Bodofa Cultural Complex in Kokrajhar today.

Graced by the presence of Hon’ CEM Shri Pramod Boro , the session focused on the effective implementation of E-Office in all depts of Govt of BTR.

The digitisation of departmental works that will be achieved through this initiative will greatly improve efficiency & reduce process time cycles, thus furthering our goal of good governance.

The workshop was attended by Hon’ EMs of BTC & senior officials of Govt of BTR.

In line with this vision, today Hon'ble CEM inaugurated a range of projects in Udalguri district, dedicating them to the welfare & benefit of the people.

Hon'ble CEM inaugurated the following projects in Udalguri district.

▫️District Library Building, Udalguri
▫️Construction of Bodofa UN Brahma Statue at Nalbari Playground, Udalguri
▫️Sanitary Pad Production Unit run by RWDWM Women's Multi-Purpose Co-operative Society Ltd. under Mission Fin Rwdwmkhang.

He also laid the foundation stone for the construction of a Rice Mill with 4 MT/Hr Capacity under the BTR Govt's flagship Fin Rwdwmkhang Mission of our BTR Govt.

Ceremonial distribution of Land Titles under the Forest Rights Act, 2006 to the residents living in the Khalingduar/Rowta Reserve Forest of Udalguri District today.

The distribution took place at Gwjwn Club Playground, Hajojuli, No. 3 Amjuli and Asrabari Center, Mazbat.

A total of 1,202 land title certificates were distributed to the forest dwellers as per the provisions of the Forest Rights Act, 2006.

Hon'ble Dy CEM, Shri Govinda Ch. Basumatari graced the occasion as Chief Guest and EM Shri Ranjit Basumatari, as Guest of Honour. EM Dr Nilut Swargiary, MCLA Shri Dipak Mour, DC of Udalguri District, Circle Officers, DFO Udalguri and other officials of the district administration were also present.

Held a meeting with Electrodata Soft Technology Pvt Ltd at the office of the Skill Employment & Entrepreneurship Department, Kokrajhar.

Keeping up with the vision of Hon'ble CEM Pramod Boro Dangoriya the discussion revolved around training and employment of the youths in the BTR. We also discussed about various ITI Technician Training Programmes, Polytechnic Engineering Training Programmes, Hospitality Manpower Training Programmes that can be implemented to help enhance the skills & employment of our youths.
