So Today we will Discuss about,
Ahmedabad - Manek Chowk

It is Known for vegetarian street food.

The hustle bustle starts at about 8 PM when usual shops call it a day and the street food vendors start operations on road side. The food frenzy goes on till late night past 1 AM.

Typical items you get there are

Gujrati Farsan (snacks) as well as popular pan western India snacks.

gathiya, Fafda, Papdi, mung vada, mix dal vada, patti samosa etc served on piece of newspaper with complimentary chill chutney (not very hot but with sweet touch).

You will also get hand made ice cream (closer to Kulfi but better), Rabdi etc

Other western Indian polular snacks like Pav Bhaji, Pulav, pani-puri, sev-puri, chat, ragda-petis etc.

I saw some vendors selling Indian chinese, chole-bhature and parathas as well.

Important characteristics of majority of the vendors what I saw and was very different from other parts of India was focus on your satisfaction.
