Hey Everyone, sorry its been a while since i was on here.

As regular listeners will know i was off air during August because of work commitments and that the plan was i would be back in the studio and on air tonight.

I am sorry to say that continuing work and personal commitments mean that i am not going to be back in the studio in the near future.

I want to apologise to all the shows regular listeners and also to thank all the bands and listeners that have supported the show in the past.

Thanks also to Victor from Dunoon Community Radio who has been very understanding and left the door open for my return when life returns to normal.

Tonights show will be featuring Plymouth based rock band Raw Urge. They are a female fronted rock/metal band who are pretty damned good and need to be heard!

Raw Urge are only just out of the studio and their debut album, one for the road, is literally hot off the press. The good news is i will be featuring several tracks from the album tonight thanks to the generosity of the band.

Which tracks i will play is a mystery even to me right now though. Normally when i get an album there are a couple stand out tracks which are the ones i feature. The problem with this album is each track is as good as the rest and i cant choose which ones to play.....Argggghhhh may have to invent a game for tonight and call it "Raw Urge Roulette" ... hit the random button and let fate decide.... alternatively i may incur the producers wrath and play them all Mwahahahaha

just putting the finishing touches to tomorrow night's show..... you are gonna love it, oh yes!

i have 2 great feature bands, both hailing from the states. First up is Stoic Static a three piece from Kentucky whose influences include Pink floyd and the Foo fighters and who give the odd nod to Nirvana in a couple of their tracks, while still maintaining their own sound.........

In the 2nd hour we will have Haster from Orange County who have a Tool meets Stone Sour influenced sound, and whats not to love about that. These guys are tight...
