Different Aspects of Being Trustworthy
Trust is not a one-dimensional concept. It isn't as simple as turning on and off a light switch. 💡
Trust is rooted in psychological safety and awareness, both self-awareness and an informed awareness of your team members.

❓Do you make sure to invite quieter voices into the conversation during meetings and collaboration?
❓Do you make a point to create a setting where people feel comfortable sharing a dissenting opinion?
❓Do you always recruit the same group or style of people to work on certain projects?
Knowing more about yourself and the way you're wired 🧠🔌will give you an increased awareness of the value and needs that come from having different leadership styles than the people around you.

There is no such thing as Zoom fatigue...#RealTalkWithLisa
Today we received confirmation from our clients that their experience of an RLD Group workshop did not create zoom fatigue.
We ran an am and a pm zoom-based session that was 2 hours in duration.
Participants reported feeling energized and inspired - they shared that they feel more connected to their strengths and to each other.
They did not report any symptoms of zoom fatigue.
Here's the deal...we didn't wing it.
We intentionally designed, choreographed, and facilitated each experience with heart, presence, and skill.
Cameras were on.
Chat was open.
Breakout rooms were curated and instructions were clear.
People came back from each breakout smiling and ready to share their observations.
We made space for reflection and time to process.
They defined their action plan and next steps before we meet again next week.
All in 2 hours.
Boom!
Is it possible that you or your org is suffering from sh*tty meeting design?
If you're feeling zoom fatigue take a listen to this episode of CTRL ALT DELETE with Lisa Duerre and you'll gain insight on the causes and steps to take today to improve your meetings.

In tech, its all about code, the brittle nature of ones and zeros, no grey area in between. Adding empathy into the equation enables you to have a disagreement and move thought it. When you get your heart involved enough to see the humanity in the other person, you can always find a way forward. 💭 ❤️ 👩💻 🤔 🙋 👨💻 💌
