I feel like I have set myself free! At a woman's circle on Sunday night I let go of a lot of limiting beliefs that had been holding me back!

These beliefs don't define me anymore like they were & I'm not allowing them to hold me back like they have been!

I feel my voice has been silenced for so long to just be "seen & not heard" and I am no longer willing to do that!

I am on a path and have been for a while that is changing lives and I am so over feeling silenced & stuck and not speaking my truth. I feel like I'm finally transforming into the woman I have been craving to be and it's pretty exciting.

I'm not prefect and life over the years has been tough but I am finally changing the narrative & taking the reins.

How fu***ng incredible are woman ❤️

When you surround yourself with a community of badass woman who lift each other up and raise each other's vibrations, it's a force to be reckoned with. The kind of energy that supports you and moves mountains, the one that just makes you feel like you belong!

For a while there, as my girls grew up & we were rural I found myself feeling a bit lost and lonely. I missed the girls nights and just being in the company of my girlfriends. But last Friday I started going to women's circles and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer. I've reconnected with that powerful feminine energy, and it's been absolutely invigorating & I can't wait for my next one.

And now, with my online business, I'm lucky enough to be surrounded by a global tribe of amazing women. These ladies are not just business associates, they're becoming real friends and it's such a beautiful thing to be a part of. The changes that this is making in peoples lives are astonishing and there is no stopping now.

I am widening my arms within my community and also within my online business and holy f**k it feels amazing 🥰

I was going to wait till next week to get started again but I am feeling all types of excitedness (is that even a word, if not it needs to be 😂)

No more hiding away for me - this is the living I am choosing to live, ######xx

Today’s a big day as i'm finally finishing up my antivirals for Covid, I couldn't be happier as it's been quite the rollercoaster ride & I'm finally negative ☺️

And it's also the school holidays, which means my girls are home with me! Sleep in’s, no lunch boxes and the alarms are off. Now that I’m not contagious I am looking forward to getting out with them and doing whatever we want. We get to have the kiddies this Thursday night too and have the coolest things planned 🙂 We couldn’t have them last week so really looking forward to Thursday - 2 more sleeps 🥰

But the icing on the cake is we're moving back into our old house in just a few weeks! There's a tonne to do before then, but since thankfully I work from home I can tackle everything on my list and still have time for fun with my girls & grand babies!

I'm back bi***es 🤣

What a Christmas / New Years / School Holidays / Anniversary weekend / Friends - Family staying / Bella moving to GC / Wedding / Overseas Travel / Farm s**t / Grandchildren / Sam's Surgery - Recovery / Jaimie starting Uni again - and that's just to name a few.

The last 3 months have been crazy but amazing and I needed that break with my family to re-charge! I have been almost totally offline, disconnected from everything and just living in the moment doing what makes me happy!

The best thing is I have been home with everyone and able to do whatever we wanted and we have had the most amazing Summer! I have had the best break and done the most amazing things but I feel it's time to get back into it and I feel freaking amazing for it!

The best thing is while I have been away doing "me" my online business has been ticking along nicely in the background, how freaking cool is that!

So I'm back, did ya miss me 🤣

I never get time alone, not that I want it all that much as I’m busy and dedicated to my family ❤️

Tonight my husband has taken Miss 13 to the Charlie Puth concert so I am having wine & watching crap on tv all by myself and it’s absolute bliss ❤️

I’ve had my grand babies all afternoon and now they’re gone it’s so silent and it’s taking a bit to get used to!

I’d planned an evening in the spa having a red wine but I’ve been in the spa/pool all afternoon with the kids and feeling waterlogged so the couch it is!

Getting there with the yard cleanup after the last Cyclone!

Holy moly it just keeps getting crazy, veggie garden flattened, tree's down, leaves everywhere! Chickens really didn't know what was going on but happy now they can free-range again! Dogs seem unfazed thankfully and back to their usual selves! So over sweeping & hosing with mud & leaves everywhere!

Still sick after the amazing hens weekend too, the joys of partying in your 40's 🤣 Definitely don't bounce back like I used to!

Being a part of this online community has been a complete game-changer for me.

Before, I felt isolated and alone, but now I'm surrounded by strong, compassionate women who are determined to make a positive impact on their lives and the lives of their families & those around them.

The support and encouragement I've received from this group has helped me to become a better version of myself, and I'm honoured to have the opportunity to pay it forward by supporting and empowering other women into this space and holy s**t it feels amazing!

We had our global meeting as we do every Monday night and it really struck a cord with me and I feel so grateful to be part of this!

There's no excuse to feeling lonely nowadays, if you are reach out to me and I can introduce you to a world of opportunities and acceptance 🥰 I have taken my power back and world - watch out!

Good morning, after a brief hiatus to soak up the joys of life, I'm back and feeling more rejuvenated than ever! Taking a step back allowed me to immerse myself fully in the simple pleasures of my family and the sweet chaos of school holidays with my beautiful girls and grand-babies.

While I was taking this much-needed breather, I couldn't help but marvel at the beauty of running a business that ticks along seamlessly in the background, thanks to the wonders of automation. It's a testament to the power of creating a life by your own design and one that allows you to unplug, recharge, and come back stronger than ever.

Now that the school holidays have wrapped up and my girls are back to school and the quiet has returned, it's time to dive back into the wonderful world of business and connection. I'm so grateful for the flexibility that this journey has brought into my life and right now, that's all about family, my animals, my gardens, and getting my home ready for my most favourite season of summer!

I've missed our interactions, and I can't wait to catch up, share stories, and continue this journey of growth. I’m making the upcoming season one that’s filled with positivity, empowerment, and a whole lot of happiness!

Life has a funny way of working out, doesn't it….. In the midst of feeling under the weather and weathering this horrible storm, I've found light in the most unexpected places.

The past few days have been a bit of a rollercoaster, with Charlotte and I battling this bug together. But the magic is that even in the tough times, I've had the privilege of connecting with some extraordinary women who are determined to make positive changes in their lives. Their excitement and positivity has lit me up even on the hardest of days, it’s so exciting being part of the change that people are looking for and it excites me so much to be part of something so special.

Today, the suns out but the wind’s picking up and weather about to turn bad, just in time for Adriaan's birthday tomorrow - typical. It's amazing how a little sun, a walk with my dogs and some quality time with my chooks can turn things around. The world looks a little brighter, and I've got a spring in my step that has not been there all week! Still testing slightly positive but hopefully tomorrow we get the all-clear!

One thing I miss dearly this week is the simple joy of hugging my girls and snuggling my hubby. Christia has been keeping a wide berth and hardly talking to me in fear of catching it and Carolina has been staying at Mum’s as she’s got some exciting things happening in her life and a wicked week planned next week that she just can’t get sick for but I just miss my family! It’s been hard being locked away all week feeling so poorly that you don’t even get dressed each day but it’s nearing it’s end and I can feel it!

But, fingers crossed, tomorrow, for Adriaan's birthday, we'll be able to be together in the same room again without us feeling like we are going to make everyone else sick! It’s been such a tough week and I’m so thankful to hopefully almost be at the end of it.

Charlotte and I are both in bed today, dealing with Covid. The symptoms aren't fun at all coughing, fever, and a relentless headache, not enjoying this at all!

Adriaan is holding down the fort while we're under the weather. Running the whole farm singlehandedly which is not easy or fun! Typical that it's the day that everything needs doing and being a one man band on a day like today is not cool.

Being sick while your family carries on with their daily routines isn't easy. You want to be there for them, but right now, all we can do is offer our love from a distance. We have Adriaan’s birthday this Saturday and the last thing we need is him sick on his birthday weekend off :-(

Amidst the discomfort, there's a silver lining. Acts of kindness, like Adriaan making us special tea or Charlotte leaving sweet notes, remind us that we're surrounded by love and support.

Tomorrow’s a new day and hopefully we feel a little better!

Today started with a head-cold and a day in bed for me, along with Charlotte who's home sick too. But amidst the sniffles and coughs, something truly magical happened this morning that's lifted my pretty low spirits.

I woke up to a message from a lady who's ready to transform her life, just like I did. She's done with simply surviving and wants to embrace happiness like never before. She even said I look beautiful which if she saw me now would definitely retract that 🤣

This conversation we're having right now is pure gold. It reminds me of how incredibly special this journey is. We're not just changing lives we're helping others discover their inner strength and happiness.

Even on a sick day, knowing that I'm part of this empowering community and witnessing these transformations, fills my heart with warmth and gratitude. 🙏

No more Monday blues for me…………. Monday used to be filled with groans and sighs, the start of another mundane workweek, but now it's a day I openly welcome. The weekends have become a time of family and rejuvenation, ticking off tasks around the house, and creating beautiful memories. As the kids head off to the school bus, I find myself in a space that sparks excitement, and that's when the real magic happens. I’ve got my chill vibes playlist on, chickens are done, dogs are done and now it’s me time!

With a cup of coffee in hand, I embrace Mondays as my fresh start, a clean slate for the week ahead. It's my day to tackle that ever-growing to-do list and plan the adventures waiting just around the corner. This Saturday, we're celebrating my hubby's birthday, and I can't wait to make it special despite the impending bad weather. I find joy in organising surprises and making cherished moments, August & September are always our busiest months with almost everyone’s birthday’s & Fathers Day happening!

What truly lights me up is the beautiful conversations I'm having with incredible women who are yearning for more. It's invigorating to connect with kindred spirits, to share dreams, and inspire each other to reach new heights. Witnessing my business buddies thrive and stretch themselves beyond their comfort zones is a constant reminder of the limitless possibilities we're creating together.

As I continue to learn and grow in this journey, my vision becomes clearer with every passing day. I'm not only discovering the ins and outs of this business but also unearthing things about myself I never knew existed. Mondays, once dreaded, are now a fresh start to a new options.

So, here's to embracing each new week with open arms and hearts full of hope.

Good morning, Saturday mornings getting me good this morning!

You see, waking up on a Saturday with excitement is a feeling I cherish these days. It's a stark contrast to the Saturdays of my 20s when waking up was more of a groggy, blurry-eyed affair due to the adventures of the night before. Ah, the delightful hangovers and sleepless nights that were all part of the youthful experience. Then the 30’s where we had small babies again so sleepless nights and waking up overtired were back again with a totally different feeling altogether. Now I’m relishing in the waking up when I want (still early thanks to my inner clock) but relaxing into what I want to do, not feeling blugh!

But here's the thing about growing up—it sneaks up on you when you're not looking or when you’re just busy with life. Suddenly, you find yourself thrilled about entirely different things. It's the new vacuum cleaner or the excitement of choosing paint colours for a home project. It's scouting properties or planning a grand overseas adventure that lights up your heart.

Instead of dreading the morning sun peeking in the curtains , I now relish the serene stillness of Saturday mornings. It's the promise of productivity and the joy of crossing items off my ever-growing to-do list. There's an unmistakable joy in making progress on those little projects that enhance the quality of daily life and put a smile on your face!

So, here's to the transformation that comes with time and experience. Here's to celebrating the simple joys of adulthood and the satisfaction of a productive Saturday morning. Don’t get me wrong occasionally I do love to have those blow out nights, but now a days those hangovers last a little longer than they used to so don’t do them very often!

Good morning beautiful people, the magic of Fridays!

There's something truly special about getting everything in order before the weekend arrives. As the week's end approaches, I find myself in a cleaning frenzy every Friday. Floors are cleaned and mopped & smelling gorgeous, every nook and cranny is dusted and polished, beds are freshly made, laundry baskets are empty, and the kitchen is a spotless (just need to organise the cupboards again)

The satisfaction of walking into a house that smells like a blend of cleanliness and serenity is unmatched. It's like stepping into a world of relaxation and tranquility. There seriously is not better feeling for me!

As I sip another morning coffee and take in the crisp, clean air of our home, I can't help but feel an overwhelming sense of accomplishment. It's a feeling of readiness, of being prepared for whatever the weekend has in store and with Hubby & Bub working this weekend it’s nice amongst the chaos of farming!

Our to-do list on our rural property is never-ending, but there's joy in crossing off each task. Our vegetable gardens are thriving, promising homegrown goodness. Our chickens are all coming into lay, filling our days with delicious fresh eggs that are the brightest orange you’ve ever seen.

So, as we cruise into the weekend, let's revel in the feeling of accomplishment and preparedness. And remember, even though the work never truly ends, it's these small victories that make the journey so beautiful. My glass is definitely half full ❤️

Good morning, my amazing community! I've been thinking a lot lately about the incredible power of service and how it's shaped my journey. It's a feeling that has brought me full circle in life, and I couldn't be more grateful for where I stand today.

Many years ago, I had the privilege of working with the YMCA, and during that time, I was surrounded by like-minded individuals who shared my passion for service. It was a daily love bank filler, knowing that our collective efforts were making a difference in people's lives. Those moments, filled with purpose, left an indelible mark on my heart that I will have forever! I am still friends with so many people from this time and you all hold such a special part in my heart!

Fast forward to today, and I find myself in a similar place of service, within an even more incredible community. It's like life has come full circle, and all those years spent battling sickness and recovering suddenly make sense. I'm filled with immense joy being part of a community that's all about lifting each other up and being there in times of joy and need.

What really drives this home for me is the profound impact we can have on one another. Just this week, I had a heartwarming experience. A beautiful lady saw one of my ads and reached out. This beautiful stranger entrusted me with her darkest moments, and through our conversation, we found a way to bring light back into her life. I had the privilege of being there for her, and today, she's on a path to healing. It's a reminder that sometimes, all it takes is an open heart and a listening ear to change lives and allowing people to realise theirs is worth living.

So, I want to leave you with this thought - If what you're doing isn't making you happy or changing lives, why are you doing it?

We all have the power to make a difference, and it starts with embracing the joy of service. Together, we can create a world where kindness and support know no bounds and let me tell you it feels freaking amazing!
