On the latest Advanced Server Patch, Alice and Luo Yi are buffed!

Alice: Ultimate:
Base Damage is increased from 120-180 to 140-180
Mana Cost is decreased from 60-100 to 50-100

Luo Yi: Passive:
Magic Power Bonus of the Reaction Damage is increased from 150% to 180%
Magic Power Bonus of the Shield is increased from 120% to 150%
