Bachelor Degrees
Degrees? That’s old news for some companies.
They’re actually ditching the bachelor's degree requirement, not to pay less, but to keep up with tech advancements. And guess what? Non-degree holders are landing six-figure roles too!
Is this a slap in the face for Black women who are considered the most educated demographic? Or, is this good news because college tuition is getting out of hand?
