Getting rid of insomnia: simple methods
Many suffer from insomnia, while not always a person can be aware of its causes. Frequent insomnia is the cause of decreased performance, irritability, lack of interest in work and hobbies. Therefore, it will be useful for everyone to know how to deal with insomnia - even someone who rarely complains about the quality of sleep.
Try to walk outside for at least 15-20 minutes before bed. Before walking, open the bedroom window and ventilate it well. Fresh air helps you fall asleep faster. In addition, before going to bed, try not to listen to loud music, do not watch those movies that cause you a lot of emotions. Better to read a book or talk to your significant other.
The value of a comfortable bed
The comfort of the bed greatly affects the quality of sleep. Insomnia often affects those people who sleep on sofas or old beds with leaky mattresses that have lost their elasticity. Therefore, if you begin to notice signs of insomnia in yourself, try to objectively assess the quality of your bed and, if necessary, replace or repair it. It will not be superfluous to buy a new orthopedic mattress, change the pillow, buy beautiful bed linen, a new blanket.
If a person leads a healthy lifestyle, monitors his body and diet, then he is less likely to face the problem of insomnia. Therefore, try to get rid of bad habits, exclude unhealthy foods and dishes from your diet. We program the "biological clock"
Insomnia can haunt someone who does not follow the daily routine, going to bed and waking up at different times. So make it a habit to go to bed at the same time every night (if your job allows you to do so, of course). It is also advisable to wake up at the same hours. Some time after the introduction of such a regime, your body will get used to it, sleep will normalize and become stronger.

Lexus will abandon three unpopular models
The CT hatchback, IS sedan and RC coupe will leave the European market.
Lexus completes deliveries of three unpopular models to the European market. It is reported by Automotive News citing a brand representative. These are the CT hatchback, IS sedan and RC coupe. Completion of their life cycle will allow the manufacturer to direct all efforts and resources in the right direction, namely, to expand the crossover segment. Exceptions will be the well-proven fashion RC F and LS, as well as the ES sedan.

Based on sales results from January to August 2020, the UX crossover became the leader in Europe. It was chosen by over 10 thousand buyers. The top three also included NX (7739 units) and RX (3474 units). Such figures only demonstrate the correctness of Lexus's intentions.

For this reason, the ST hatchback will leave the European market; during this period, only 2344 buyers chose it. This figure is 35% less than in the same period in 2019. The same fate awaits the IS sedan. Its sales dropped by half to 1101 units and the RC coupe - 422 units.

That said, the flagship RC F sports coupe will remain in the lineup, as will the LS sedan, although sales are significantly lower.

BMW unveils two "fashionable" M-series show cars
The cars were created in cooperation with the American brand Kith.
The German brand presented two cars at once created in conjunction with the Kith brand. The first of these was a modern interpretation of the 1989 car - the BMW M3 Ronnie Fieg Edition coupe. The second is the BMW M4 Design Study.

The head of the American brand Ronnie Fig himself took part in the creation of both cars. The first rework, a 1989 BMW M3 in the back of an E30, was owned by Ronnie himself. He took it to Germany to "rebuild from scratch using original BMW parts." The idea was to give the 31-year-old car its original appearance.

This "alteration" cannot be called restoration, since the car received rondel emblems on the hood, trunk and wheels. In addition, the coupe received a different, branded steering wheel and leather upholstery with embossed monograms of the American company.

As for the limited edition version of the modern M4 Competition, its body has also been painted red in the style of the M3. The sedan received special branded embroidery on the headrests and luminous emblems on the front seats. The boot has a Kith nameplate.

Under the hood of the BMW M4 Competition is a 3.0-liter "six" with a capacity of 510 hp. The sedan accelerates from 0-100 km / h in 3.8 minutes. The declared maximum speed is 290 km / h.

Paramedics will soon be able to fly over cliffs in the UK
Doctors providing emergency services to victims in the Lake District may be given jet suits. According to Brightvibes, the first human test flight to the destination was successful.

The Lake District is a popular tourist destination in the UK. There are many lakes, steep climbs and dangerous descents. If necessary, doctors do not always manage to quickly reach the victim - the path is blocked by a difficult landscape. It is not always possible to safely land a helicopter among high cliffs and deep depressions.

Therefore, specialists from Gravity Industries have developed another option for the delivery of emergency assistance. They suggested that paramedics should be put on flying suits.

British inventor and founder of Gravity Industries, Richard Browning, is best known for improving personal aircraft technology. The jet suit he developed uses 5 mini-engines, two for each arm and one behind the back in a backpack.

Collaborating with the Great Northern Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS), the inventor decided to experiment. On September 8, 2020, he flew out of the valley onto the rocks to the place where the man who played the role of the victim was waiting for him, and got there in just one and a half minutes. It is estimated that a hike along this route would take 25 minutes.

“We believe this technology would enable our team to reach patients much faster than ever before,” says Andy Mawson of GNAAS. “In many cases, this would ease the suffering of the patient. And in some it would save lives. "

If the idea is realized, the "flying paramedics" will take with them painkillers for the injured person with the fractures, as well as defibrillators for those who have suffered a heart attack. Arriving at the place and finding out the patient's condition, they, if necessary and if it is appropriate, will be able to call a car or helicopter for further transportation.

“We didn't know how it would work in practice. Now we have seen, and, frankly speaking, it is just wonderful, ”- doctor Mawson shares his impressions of what he saw during the experiment.
