CALIFORNIA LAW SB 107
A new California law (SB 107) that has been PASSED by the California legislature, both the House and the Senate, will allow the state of California to reach into your home and take your child back to California for the purposes of gender-affirmation health care (s*x change) without your permission!

The bill would authorize a court to take temporary jurisdiction because a child has been unable to obtain gender-affirming health care, and move that child to California for s*x change operations without your permission.

In Plain English......
If your child wants a gender change, and you say "no", the state of California may "reach" into your state and take jurisdiction.

Essentially, the child could call California, make the statement that they want to go through gender-affirmation, and California law would take effect and override your legal rights in your state. The child would be removed from you in accordance with California law and placed in California.

Existing law sets forth procedures by which a person may enforce a judgment for the payment of money and child custody orders issued by the court of a state other than California. Existing law authorizes a California court or attorney to issue a subpoena if a foreign subpoena has been sought in this state.

In Plain English
Essentially, this portion of the law says that if someone brings a child to California, that the person may demand child support while that child remains in California. My suspicion is that this also applies to an "entity" requesting child support from the parent.

I'm thinking that this even applies if a "runaway" child is placed into a foster care facility. The state can then force the parent of the child to pay child support to the state.

SECTION 2: PARAGRAPH 2
Existing law prohibits a court from considering the taking or retention of a child from a person who has legal custody of the child if there is evidence that the taking or retention was a result of domestic violence.

In Plain English
Under existing law (a different law from this one), a child who is taken from a legal guardian or parent on the basis that some sort of violence was occurring will not be charged with a crime.

On the surface, this makes perfect sense. You see a child being beaten by their parent, and take them to the police station to file a report, you cannot be charged with "kidnapping". Duh, of course you can't. This law makes all the sense in the world

Until..... You couple it with NEW laws in which mis-gendering a person is an "act of violence", and punishable as a felony in.... You guessed it. California.

Now, simply not using a child's preferred gender pronoun is an actual act of violence upon which , someone (the state or anyone else) can take your child from you.... and California will not prosecute them, or allow any other state to prosecute them.

Introducing The California Bill SB-107. A new bill that is intended to create a "sanctuary" for children seeking "gender affirmation" is slated to be signed by Governor Gavin Newsom any moment.

The bill calls for the following:
1.) It's purpose is to make California into a "trans" sanctuary state.

2.) The bill allows for the transport of a child to California by anyone. Yes.... anyone

3.) Children taken to California for the purposes of receiving "gender-affirming" health care become "wards of the state"

4.) Medical procedures up to gender changing surgeries will be performed without parental consent.

5.) No age limits for anyone seeking gender affirming surgeries.

6.) Creates options for California to seek child support from the parents even if the parent(s) do not agree with the gender affirmation services.

7.) Makes it illegal for any health care service to reveal gender affirming surgeries, treatments or mental health issues to parents.

8.) Warrants issued by states outside of California will not be enforced.

9.) Prevents California law enforcement from arresting anyone associated with a crime provided that the crime was committed while providing transport, shelter, or care to anyone seeking gender affirming health care.

10.) California court system will decline to hear suits brought by other states.

11.) If your child was "kidnapped" and taken to California for the purposes of receiving gender affirming health care, California will not respond to kidnapping warrants that may have been filed from other states, and further will block their law enforcement agencies from acting upon said warrants.

12.) If a court order from another state requires that the child be returned to the state of origin for hearings, California will block jurisdiction, and not force the child to return to their state of origin. In addition, California will not respond to any injunctions that would stop a child from receiving treatments, and will continue treating the child.

13.) California may take temporary jurisdiction over a child residing in another state other than California if the child in the other state requests assistance from the state of California for gender affirming treatment.

14.) California will block any parental requests to stop treatments even if ordered to do so by a court of law from another state, provided that the child wants to continue treatments.

15.) California will allow anyone to become the legal guardian of a child in the event that the child declares that person to be their guardian if that child is seeking gender affirmation services.

16.) California may "reach" into another state, and declare a child a ward of the state of California, and require the immediate transport of the child to California for treatments even if the parents don't agree.

17.) Any child that requests help from the state of California for the purposes of gender affirming medical treatment will become a "ward of the state", and will be placed as a ward of the state even if the parents to not agree.

Hi! My name is Gregory, I live in Pearland, TX and I am in the process of developing a YouTube channel that will have live shows two nights a week.

The shows will happen on Tuesday, and Thursday from 8pm to 10pm every week like clockwork, and the primary topic of discussion will be politics, but can lead anywhere, and everywhere that we want it to.

I would like to launch the channel on August 1st. Yea, I know.. it's soon, but there's no time like the present to start something new.

I have the location (office), cameras, mics, computers, website (http://talkirl.com) , page, YouTube channel, Instagram, TikTok, Rumble,.....(and others), broadcasting software, t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, etc. developed the channel, and a phone number so that people can call in from around the nation (844) Talk-IRL. Heck, I even have a "round" table for all of us to sit at.

All I need now is the other personalities to fill the "round table".

I am looking for four additional personalities to join me in round-table discussions about politics.

I lean "center-right", so I am seeking others who would balance out the show. Whether you lean hard left, hard right, or somewhere in-between, I want a mix of White, Black, Hispanic, Men, and Women from all political perspectives and viewpoints.

I want this channel, and the discussions to be balanced, open, and honest. I want the show to demonstrate perspectives from the full spectrum of ideologies.

I am seeking personalities in the Pearland area so that it'll be easier to get together, but I'm not opposed to anyone who lives outside of Pearland provided that you can get to our broadcasting office two nights a week without fail.

What will we do? Talk. Talk about politics, local, state, and national. One day, we're interviewing the Mayor of Pearland, and the next day, we're talking to Ted Cruise, and next week AOC. Diversity will be the name of the game.
