Episode 24: The Power of Community!! I'll be joined on this week's episode by community activist Ashley Cannady and Joy Lampkin Foster. These leaders will discuss how residents of McDougald Terrace had to face another crisis, this time involving students who attend two Durham Public Schools that were forced to miss days of school due to a bus driver shortage. Instead of allowing it to get to a point of no control, they coordinated and used community members to make sure these students can get the education they deserve. We will talk all of this and more.
