In this weeks episode, we are joined by Isabel Pasian-Rozahegy to discuss fitness and well-being. Isabel gives her definition of fitness, explains the benefits of exercising, and gives advice on training motivation. In addition, Isabel talks about the inspiration behind her fitness journey and what she finds most challenging with exercising.

He discusses his process of taking photos and some of the work he has done. In addition, he talks about his role as social media director for the Concordia Student Union and his work as a youth worker. Melvin also gives the listeners some background on how he got into professional cooking and what he enjoys most about culinary.

This week we were joined by Elizabete dos Santos, who shared her stories and experiences with workplace conflict.

Working in HR for 11 years, she shared opinion regarding the most suitable methods for resolving conflict - knowing your language - and how your “textbook knowledge” gets thrown out the window once in the workforce.
